I really enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room size, and the breakfast. Overall, my stay had many positive aspects. I would also like to kindly share some feedback from the perspective of a guest who intentionally chose to stay at this hotel and genuinely hopes these comments may be helpful for future improvement. 1. Mini Bar Snacks I noticed that the snacks provided in the minibar are charged separately. I completely understand that the cost of the snacks is not high; however, being charged for them made me feel that the experience was slightly less warm and less relaxing. It created a small sense of hesitation rather than comfort. May I kindly suggest either not providing snacks in the minibar, or including them in the room rate instead? This way, guests can freely choose whether to enjoy them or not, which would feel more generous and welcoming. 2. Bed Comfort I personally found the bed to be quite firm, and I had difficulty sleeping during both nights of my stay. I would like to mention that my difficulty sleeping may partly be related to my own condition, such as having coffee, so I do not wish to place full responsibility on the hotel. However, I did sleep well at another hotel just two months prior, so I felt it might be helpful to share this observation specifically about the mattress. 3. Automatic Toilet System The automatic toilet in the bathroom is very modern and impressive. However, in a quiet room, the sound it makes when opening or closing automatically can be quite loud. The beeping noise sometimes felt similar to someone unlocking a door, which startled me each time and made me feel slightly uneasy during my stay. A softer or quieter sound setting, if possible, might help guests feel more at ease. 4. Internet / Wi-Fi Access The Wi-Fi required frequent logins, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be much more comfortable if guests could log in once and remain connected throughout their entire stay. 5. Breakfast Area Floor Safety (3rd Floor) During breakfast, I witnessed an elderly guest slip and fall while walking to the coffee area. She appeared to be around 60–70 years old and fell directly onto her hip. I would like to kindly suggest considering a more slip-resistant floor in the breakfast area, as this could help reduce the risk of accidents and improve overall guest safety. 6. Front Desk Experience (Check-in / Check-out) The front desk staff appeared quite serious and did not smile very often. When I approached the counter, I felt that I needed to greet them first, as they seemed busy or possibly under stress. Having a more welcoming presence or a dedicated staff member to warmly greet guests would greatly enhance the sense of comfort and hospitality.
