It's a nice hotel to stay with family and relax. Near the tesco, swimming center, foodcourt and also the famous i-city. It's also near the shah alam stadium and the lake garden and most shah alam interaction.

Carlton Holiday Hotel and Suites is located at the centre of shah alam city. The hotel is clean and tidy. It is consider the cheapest hotel around the shah alam area. The hotel is besides the Tesco where u only need 3 minutes walking distance. Furthermore, it only takes 10 minutes driving distance to reach I-city. Recommended for bajet traveller.

Great position and atmosphere ”
This budget hotel, situated near to the sport center of shah alam, is perfectly located for access to sport activities, such as swimming etc. Guests will also enjoy walking access to shopping malls, giant and tesco. There are also hosts of unique tourist attractions within a close proximity of the hotel; 5 to 10 minutes drive. Easy And Comfort”
Just happen to be in Shah Alam last week, try finding a place near to MSU and being proposed to try this hotel. The hotel is besides Pusat Akuatik Shah Alam, public swimming pool. The check in and out was a breeze. But dont get much help from the bellboy to carry my belongings. Overall the hotel was good during my stay.

The hotel is good for short business trip. Convenient to Shah Alam City Center. And close to Federal Highway if you are going to Kuala Lumpur. Quite at night.

An Okay Hotel but Bad Service”
This is our first time staying at this hotel. Despite the good accommodation, clean rooms, large bedroom, the staff are incredibly unhelpful at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, it's not worth it (unless there's no other hotels in Shah Alam, then maybe I'll think about staying here).

ROOM ENVIRONMENT ”
This is the time to Carlton Hotel, Shah Alam to make over and new look for the rooms. Need to change new rooms decoration to improve the Room Environment. The equipment in the rooms also look old, still put the Televisyen on the table. I hope the management will do something to improve the Hotel Environment. Thanks.

Lovely hotel and sevice with a smile”
Been to Shah Alam for the first time and staying at Carlton Holiday Hotel & Suites for 7 nights was great. The price is affordable and I won't be surprised I'll be back there with the family. Children love the swimming pool and there are parks around Shah Alam. Moreover taxis are easily available.

A good and suitable hotel for those want to stay in the area of Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur. It is easy to get to places such as mosque, supermarket, station and others. Clean room but small”
I had a short stay in this hotel. Was there for a wedding in Shah Alam and this hotel is very near to the venue. A good value for money. Though the room is small. Basic needs is covered and room is clean. Might get a little quiet during the night and the central aircon along the corridor to your hotel room is not on.
