Excellent location, near right at the door step to the beach!!! Excellent breakfast spread and services were great. The waiter attended to u attentatively. Ms Gula Mualem, Guest relations Mgr was extremely helpful in atttending to my requests on airport/hotel transfer, early check in and making sure everything is fine.

I was not pleased when the hotel could not provide hot meals due to the holidays. This information should be provided to guests who were not practicing Kosher meals. The Carlton shop owner Adrian was extremely helpful and kind.

i came there just for 2 days so i chose a hotel near sea side. The hotel is not new and needs renovation, rooms are ok, but not new as well. Service and attantion of stuff is good. Food is ok but breakfast is nothing special at all in a small dinning hall. As to location its not so comfortable cause its situated a bit far from main sea front street and u need to walk there aroud 10 min minimum. But there are [;uses- very big outtood swimming pool, big park just near the hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel and should not be marketed as such. The rooms are old and need updating and renovation. It is at best 3+ star hotel. It is overpriced for what it is. Great location though and nice breakfasts.

This was a 3 star hotel with 5 star rates. Bathroom is comparible to what I have in my accommodations in Afghanistan. That says it all. I left after one night rather than staying in this disaster only because it was prepaid and non-refundable.

Vol probable en chambre”
J’aurais aimé parler des quelques points positifs de l’hotel mais malheureusement j’ai probablement été volé en chambre la somme de 1500€, ce qui gâche les vacances. Le management de l’hotel a été prévenu mais évidemment après leur « enquête » ils sont revenus vers moi pour me dire qu’ils n’ont rien trouvé.
