Great location, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with queen size bed, bath tub and sofa bed, easily accommodates 4 people. The, furnishings are a little worn but bedding etc all new and everything was spotless. This is a great place to stay with kids, because there is nothing much they can damage and the kitchen is fully equipped. Also it is only a few minutes to walk to ...
Despite its humble entry off Elgin St, the apartments are very well appointed, clean and functional. Great location close to Lygon St eateries and other Carlton attractions. Easy connection to M3 freeway or City. Cafe almost next door does brilliant coffee and breakfast!
We would definitely stay at Carlton Terrace again. It had lots of character, was well appointed and being one street back from Lygon St it was quiet but still close to everything we needed. So much better than the usual hotel room.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was a bit noisy and I'm not sure why it was in the room as there was no minibar - nothing in it at all! The place was scrupulously clean, and ideally located for walking into the CBD or into Carlton to dine. Yes there was traffic noise but what do you expect if you book a hotel ri...

Great we were only there one night but would happily stay for a week. The size of the appartments were great ,close to transport , restaurants and the city . Having a car park so excessible was the best part .the staff were friendly and very helpful . The location was fantastic so close to everything we needed this trip .
This is the second time we have booked the Carlton Lygon Lodge. Perfect location in central Lygon Street and close to CBD. Love the fact that is on-site parking (we drove from regional Victoria). Staff are always friendly. Room is modern, good size and quiet. Will keep coming back as we find this great value for money for the city.
