Didnt stay. Texted the Carriage House # that we would not be staying 15minutes after we got in.”

I had to call and get the correct code to get in the keybox. There is no real parking spot,( had to park on the backyard grass and there was a car on the parking slab.) Parking on the narrow 2 way street wasnt practical. The room strongly smelled of marijuana, the carpet was torn by the left side foot of the bed, and the room wasnt actually clean in my opinion. This is a shed and not a room in my view. DON"T DO IT !

A/C was so loud, it was impossible to sleep. Pillows were so old and flat. Bed was so tiny and uncomfortable. Couch was hard as a board. Smallest frig and just not as advertised. 1 bedroom is really an efficiency, not a one bedroom. Stay one night and had to just leave and get a hotel room. Lost money on the room and paid less for hotel room. Ruined Father's Day weekend and cost way more money because of horrible stay. Ughhh....

I contacted the property trying to get assistance with checking in. They do not live on the property according to them, so there was no way for me to get help. I asked them for a refund but it’s “ against their policy. “
