Lovely hotel resort in Anda!”
We had a lovely stay! The resort is very pretty, and the staff are friendly and well-trained. It’s located in quite a remote area because it’s by a cliff and has its own beach cove. Take note that the street from the main rode, about a KM long, is not concrete. Perfect for those who want a relaxing retreat.
Lovely quiet getaway”
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The Family rooms were more like small houses - very spacious, many beds, a little patio. The staff were incredibly attentive - Mary helped us with food, and snorkelling and massages. Anda is very quiet and remote compared to Alona Beach. A great place for reading and chilling out. From the private beach you can see Camiguin in the distance.
Cozy and private getaway”
We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. Probably as good view and surroundings as you can get- amazing and truly romantic. Few rooms at the resort so you really get the “private” feeling. Kind staff who really tried their best, although we stayed over New Years and they closed the restaurant (inc bar) at 9pm and didn’t seem very keen to make an effort arranging anything for the guests. Quality of food was good but a bit pricey compared to other resorts in Anda such as Anda Cove Beach Resort (where food keeps higher quality at lower price). Overall a great stay, but having to tell the staff repeatedly (5 days in a row) that the plumbing’s in the shower are full without having it fixed until last day of stay is not ok.
Romantic getaway right on the water”
We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful stay at Casa Amihans. The rooms were clean and spacious and our room had a sea view so was right on the water and very serene. The food and hospitality of the restaurant and waitstaff was first class and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Guests had access to the private beach and you could swim, kayak or snorkel. The resort provides tours and can organise airport transfers so contact them in advance. We wish we were there longer. We will definitely be back!
A real paradise”
Really few words are needed to describe this place...it is a real paradise. No crowds, very net, staff is really friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Anna Marie and Alis for their super kindness. All was great, except one small detail...at the end of the vacation you need to wake up, get out from the bubble and come back to the "common" life. Luca, Giovanna, Francesco, Lory and Giulia
Very happy customer”
The accommodation with split aircon and king size bed is very comfortable. We had ocean view from the patio. The room is very clean. 20minutes to the nearest small town. Nice people. Very helpful staff. Food is good. The in-ground pool is large enough and have access to very private pure white sand beach. Very quiet, nice place to relax. Great value for your money. Would recommend this as a quiet & relaxing getaway.
Lovely 3 night stay”
We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. We were promptly met by our friendly driver upon arrival at Tagbilaran airport who was a very good driver and driven the 1.5hrs to Casa Amihan, where we were met with a friendly welcome drink and promptly shown our room. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the sea. It had pretty much all the amenities one could wish for, with wifi being very good, but one small thing, maybe the TV could have been a bit bigger because the room is big and the TV is somewhat far away! We chose to eat our breakfast, lunch and dinner there the majority of the time. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food itself was well priced, and despite not being great, wasn't bad either. There is a nice pool one can dip in right next to the restaurant, or a very short walk down to the beach if one desires. The beach itself can be a bit tricky, you can walk in and swim a bit but not too far because of the reef. Snorkel gear is provided free of charge and is definitely worth doing, as is hiring the kayak which they offer for 2hrs for free. The property is located somewhat out of Anda town, so the isolation works for it and against it. There isn't much in the way of restaurants, shops or supermarkets around at all, so you'd need to get a tricycle which is about 10min into Anda town from Amihan itself. But being isolated we found is their advantage also. It's super peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We would happily return here if we ever came back to Bohol.
Great stay at Casa Amihan”
We had a great time at Casa Amihan. If you are looking for a tranquil place (not so many tourists) to relax and enjoy the sun, this is the spot. The room we stayed in was quite big and spotless. The pool is refreshing and the white verandas / balconees are picture perfect. You need a taxi to get to the attractions of Bohol due to the remote location of Casa Amihan.
Nice Place, Great Location”
I had a great week at Casa Amihan. It is a comfortable, quiet place. There is a small beach area just down the steps, but when the tide goes out you have access to kilometres of beach. It is a great beach to explore. The landscape and sky are always changing and always surprising. One of the things I really liked about Casa Amihan is that I did not hear a karaoke machine from the neighbors. This is one of the real threats to tourism in the Philippines, and something that drives me crazy when I visit there. Thankfully Casa Amihan is not cursed with this.
Peaceful, exquisitely romantic ”
Exceptionally enjoyable stay due to peaceful surroundings, swimming, great food. It is a very small, attractive boutique hotel just meters from the ocean offering excellent food prepared by a cook who really knows how to make a classy meal
This is a bit of a different hotel. 3 rooms and a very small beach. If you want quiet and a great place to relax and swim, this is it. Not much else to do other than relax and enjoy. I loved it. Its not for everyone though. Good staff and owner Harold is a great guy. Internet a bit shaky but hey you don't need it or a TV. I miss it and will be back soon. Of the beaten track for sure.
What a nice place in Anda, Bohol !”
This is a small resort with only 3 rooms but still had a wonderful stay. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The view from the room, breath-taking. The beach is just a few steps away from the room. If you want more beach, rent a motor trike and visit the Anda public beach, you will not be disappointed! The view, the water, the very fine white sand all magnificent!
Lovely little hide away. About 55 kmFrom the ferry port ”
Fantastic place out if the way from everything. But you got all you need while your there Staff hotel, food everything is great Love this place 😀
awesome suite with view on the sea! the view takes your breath away. the room is essential but it is very big and really clean. Staff is very warm and helpful, restaurant's food is good too
Perfect cozy place in Anda”
It was perfect stay in Amihan 4 nights. Every staffs welcomed me and treated me very warm. Even though I was alone, I was not lonley. In the room, I could feel detail touch of the owner. very cozy, comfy, relaxing. Exterior also I made me feel I am in heaven. And the food was really good too. :-) I will visit Amihan again. Strongly recommand Amihan for people how are looking for peaceful rest.
Very Calming Place and Delicious food”
The place is excellent. Located in front of the beach with a very relaxing resting place near the restaurant. The food is superb as well. The only negative thing thing I noticed are noisy people who missed to consider that there are guest who wants to relax. While we were resting, they were chatting out loud and seems like the other is the cook or staff. Aside from that, place is awesome. Considered it cheaper here than Panglao. Near the hotel are caves you sure wouldnt wanna missed. The Cabagnow Cave and Combento Cave. Quinale beach is 30min walk and is worth it.
Our favorite place in Bohol !”
Nice resort, not son much rooms, so it's quite and cozy. Super sea view. The sea in Anda is so beautiful. Amazing food. We love the food here so much. The manager is really good at cooking! Best food I had in Bohol, even during my whole trip in Philippines. The stuff here is so nice, we feel welcomed and feel at home. Especially Anna, she help us a lot. Highly recommend!
Super friendly staff and quiet, beautiful beach”
Casa Amihan is truly a "dream location: beautiful and quiet beach, surrounded by dense forests (which gives a very special feeling, particularly if you are swimming at night in the pool), super friendly staff, options to go walking, kajaking, swimming, diving, relaxing etc. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers!
Lovely boutique hotel”
We spent two nights at the lovely Casa Amihan. The room was lovely and clean and had a great view of the ocean right outside the front door. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant also serves up some delicious food and decent size portions. The gardens, pool and small cove beach are all just perfect for a relaxing few days! Thank you to the team at Casa Amihan for such a great stay.
Very pleasant stay at Casa Amihan which was made by the friendliness of the staff. And a province is perhaps not as accessible as Panglao but has its own quiet charm. Excellent scuba diving is easily sought in town too. I'd recommend hiring a motorbike in Anda town for a bit of freedom.
