Romantic cottage for couples”
We stayed in Casa Beach for 3 nights as a couple and had a good time overall. The cleanliness could be improved but the staff is friendly (most of all pak Mancoy) and the Hotel area is pleasant to be in, with many flowers, sitting opportunities and view on the sea at the same time. The cottages have sea view straight out of the window and we were able to choose which one we want when checking in. Breakfast is very limited in options but that should be expected for this price and it was not a problem for us but might be for other people. The hotel could use some repairs/improvements on its facilities here and there but it's a good budget choice in an area with Cafés and restaurants not far from the inner city (requires car or motorcycle). The sea next to the hotel was unfortunately unusable for us as it was too dirty. Tanjung Tinggi is a beautiful beach that is thirty minutes away (by car) and can be used instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again when we visit Belitung again.

If you traveling on a budget, this hotel is perfect for you ”
The room and the bed was ok, AC and hot water went well. What Memorable to me was that they allowed us to check in early around 8.30 am, I was so happy that we can check in early so that we can explore Belitung a lot more. Wifi works very well in my room so Nothing more I could complain for the price I pay, it is all fine during my stay. My Soto ayam for breakfast was tasty but the fried rice was not good. The view of the beach not so special.

comfortable and quiet but location is not ideal”
Casa Beach Hotel may have been in a brilliant location 20 years ago, but unfortunately the beach area and water (right outside our door in the cottage we rented) cannot be accessed due to pollution concerns. Sludge has built up from the mining activities on Belitung, so all one can do is look at the water and a now rather muddy beach. Having said that, the cottage was very comfortable and wonderfully quiet in the evenings. There is a good coffee place just down the road, and a couple of simple but clean eating places also very nearby. Though the price was satisfactory in terms of the room, the breakfast was very limited and disappointing. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great Garden Hotel with Ocean View (no swimming)”
We enjoyed our quiet stay at Hotel Pondok Impian2 because at the end of the lane with cottages on both sides there are 2 pavilions with an ocean view where we read and had our breakfast. The breakwall prevents access to the water but the breeze & view is delightful. There's no restaurant; breakfast (only 3 basic choices -- rice, noodles or bread) is delivered to your room or outdoors. It's about 15 minute walk to Tsnjung Pandan "park" with many outdoor, seaside stalls featuring fresh fish & great sunset views; also almost adjacent are 2 restaurants. Can arrange cars, motorcycles, and dive trips from here. Staff have limited English, so best to have some Indonesian.

fair deal for Belitung”
This is a fair deal for Belitung and owners are doing really good job keeping the hotel clean and nicely looked, ...but one should take into account following: it's not on the beach and you'd need to ride 40 min for island hopping or beach, staff do not speak english, breakfasts are by indonesian standards (nasi goreng), there is a lot of mosquito as there are quite a lot places for them to breed and there can be loud karaoke noises coming from the restaurant nearby.

Eco & clean room”
Overall okay, the location is not too far from Tj Pandan city. We can rent car/ moto for sightseeing the island; 30 min to Tj Tinggi & Kelayang Island.Its atmosphere is peaceful not like busy hotel (if you want to relax and feel like home). Our suggestion: better prepare / buy our own breakfast as they offer very limited choices and not specialized on food service.

Excellent”
Worth the price... Actually I only reserved for one room even though they were three of us. We got the twin beds and the bed is quite large so we didnt have to order an extra bed. The minus point from this hotel is its parking lot, I think its too small and can only fit for less than 10 cars

Great little hotel”
We had good service at this hotel. Don't expect anyone to speak English though. We stayed in the standard rooms and they were clean and the AC worked well, but on the left side of the hotel there are chickens that wake you up in the morning. The beach behind is up to the seawall at high tide, but you can walk out a ways at low tide, not the cleanest beach and you can't sunbathe, but it's nice for a walk. Across the street is Hotel Pondok Impian I which has a nightclub. You really need to rent a car or motorbike to do anything on the island. They can help you.

Relaxed budget hotel, nice atmosphere”
I stayed here for 2 nights and I must say I rather enjoyed my stay at Pondok Impian 2. Facilities are quite basic, which was exactly what I was looking for. Premises look well kept, there is a back terrace that overlooks the sea where you can watch the sunset. I liked the atmosphere as it was chilled out and relaxed. Food options are limited but the nasi goreng is good. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but it's a perfect budget hotel. Nice for backpackers.

Beach view in a affordable price”
It's been a pleasure stay in this hotel. We took taxi from the airport (around 20-30 min), most taxi will say they know this hotel instantly. Our villa is at the very end of the hotel, beach view. Hotel staffs were somewhat hopeful, but don't expect too much. The food range is so standard, but we can easily find local restaurants nearby.

Arrived at the hotel, I didn't feel particularly welcome and was put into a very dark and dingy room very close to very busy road. After a complicated discussion via google translate (unfortunately I do not speak Indonesian and the woman on reception didn't speak English) I managed to get moved to a room a little further away from the road, but it was equally as dark and dingy. I looked around the grounds (which had potential) and went to the beach, which was very muddy and full of litter I went back to the dark room and decided that although I had already paid in full I couldn't stay there for 3 nights. I found somewhere which was a lot more welcoming and less depressing, but as a result lost the money that I had paid to the Casa Beach. I tried to contact Agoda as the hotel was not what was expected but was unable to make contact

Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Our executive room is spacious, silent and clean. Breakfast in good portion, only location is a bit far from the city center and port, but has sea view. Generally best option in town especially for the staff.

Bang For Your Buck!”
Went here for my honeymoon. Not the most romantic choice around but it definitely made everything feel underpayed. The chalet style lodging is well equipped with all the basic necessities and the space offered is very generous. Will definitely return here for my honeymoon re-run.

Not bad but still not enough”
We stayed 3 nights & 4 days. First staying was good, only they did not allowed us to check out 1 hour late than their check out time, even though there would be no guest after us. We had front room, just next to reception area, and was so noisy of the motorbike during nights, & every morning around 5 am, there is a truck driving inside this hotel just right in front of our room and that was terrible. Last morning of our staying, the electricity was cut off, & while we asked the staff, they said nobody can turn on the genset...so we asked what was the compensation of it, then they turned on it because of we asked that...all breakfast food were cold...nothing interesting...
