Highly recommend! Booking was easy! I am fromthe Far North, so this is my very 1st time staying in a Motel along with my tamariki. They too enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable, place was reslly nice and quiet! Spacious, didn't get to use the Spa pool or Pool as family awaited Us in Kaikohe. I've recommended this place to a close friend already and will keep recommending. Beautiful stay and staff memebers very attentive and show true concern for people staying 🙂🙏🏼

Despite the small carpark and not being able to park in our designated spot (the surf was too big you cant even get a sedan in without problems.) The room was clean the shower pressure is amazing! The staff were friendly at reception and allowed us to park at reception. Overall it was a good stay

Agodas adds were wrong booked the room ut the information was wrong thanks to the motel and them in the end it was sorted. Was booked for an event so didn't need that hassle. Place was good would stay again

Came here on our trip up to Bay of Islands. Had low expectations because of the cheap rate/last minute booking but once we arrived it was even worse than we expected. There was rodent droppings all over the bottom of the cupboard along with the closet where the iron sat right next to the droppings on the floor. Room was smelly and the back glass window was broken. If you are looking for a very cheap and low quality stay this would be the one.

Wouldn't recommend this motel, 1BEDROOM 4BEDS UNIT $180 NIGHT Dishes were not clean still had drink marks all bottles of wine glasses and coffee cups Not clean at all, spiders in all corners of the rooms also Fridge freezer would freeze all food and drinks Pool and spa were out off action but no information was shared to insure we couldn't use it on our arrival wasn't till we arrived we got told Just wasn't up to stranded for an operating business

Ive given casa Bella 5 star in all categories cause we have stayed there a few times now the down fall is WFI zabu I believe is there cheap and nasty internet provider there's a limit on the devices that can logon and you've got about 1 hour online could be shorter depending on what your viewing that's if you are able to get access which we didn't get anything at all!!!

We enjoyed our stay. There is stove there so we got to cook our own dinner which is one of the best reasons kids like it!!! The location is handy to town and the beach! The hosts there are very nice and friendly. Thank you, Casa Bella Motel!

We arrived late around 9pm++ on our first day and I made a call to the hotel to inform of our arrival time. They were kind enough to wait for us to check-in. And we had a tour the next day morning until evening... although we have already checked out, we requested to leave our car in the motel’s compound and they agreed. Definitely recommended for other travelers

We actually stayed an extra night because of a mistake by our travel company. The owners were very helpful and took the time to make numerous calls for us trying to straighten it out. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
