Service is nice, but not worthy the price”

Employees and service are good but definitely NOT worths it’s price. The room we stayed besides the sidewalk, so do expect and view or quietness in the morning. The hotel charged us the full payment almost one month ahead while the booking page stated the payment upon arrival. Agoda is very irresponsible to let us to talk to the hotel directly and however the hotel never responded with a clear reason. Shame on both Agoda and the owner of Casa Bretagni for the dishonesty.
