Comfortable clean room”
The staff were accommodating and kind, I had a problem with the shower, they opened another room for me to use the shower, but in the morning I fixed it, the pump wasn't running correctly, the staff member tried also to fix it but failed, as I had, before I asked for help, but he tried very hard for me. Very comfortable room and we were happy with our room and surroundings.

Worth the stay.”
Place is spacious, relaxing, cozy, and comfortable. Our only issue was when we arrived, staff had the wrong guest in our room. He initially offered us to just switch to a different room but it was smaller and without the included kitchen. We insisted on getting our room back and our issues was then resolved right after. Kitchen is complete with drinking water, refrigerator & freezer, all utensils and washing equipments, heat and cold shower, and a very nice Hammock. WiFi can get slow sometimes but mostly working fine. Location is a little distant from the center of General Luna but accessible to ATM, food, and motorcycle rental. Would recommend!

Per our staff, upon arrival of the other guest, he asked if he is Mr. Roman and he said yes that is why he showed him to your room and said guest did not protest that it was not the room he booked to your detriment. again, our spologies. This is more of like an airbnb house with 4 units. Location is in front of catangan bbq, farther away from all the cafes. Wifi internet was patchy close to none. Place has too many large windows with no or very light see through curtains. Can't sleep well once the sun rises at 530am

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Staff are kind and the place is nice . However for 5 days , there were no wifi . WIFI is only indicated as benefit . Wifi is not working. Staff is not knowledgeable on some details such as thre price for pick up vans. We asked the staff on the price for Van Service going to airport but the staff did not mention the exact price . On the day of departure: we learned that our Van is special amounting to 1500.

It is unfortunate that you were not able to connect unlike all the other guests who stayed at the same time with you albeit very slow connection. Please understand that all accommodations are at the mercy of these internet providers for unreliable and inefficient wifi services in Siargao island. For our staff, we are merely assisting you with your needs as much as we are helping the drivers in their livelihood. Thus, you may directly coordinate with them if you want a public or private pick up. The standard price for private pick up for vans is 1,500. Nice quiet and private stay with affordable price”
If you are looking for a nice and quiet place, away from the main resorts of Siargao in General Luna, this place is for you. If you want something private, this place is for you. If you are on a budget, this place is for you. We stayed in a very large room for its price, with a nice private feel to it, and a nice hammock outside too. It also has a big refrigerator and cooking stuff so you can cook your own food if you want to save more on food budget. The owner, Ms. Jasmine, and her caretaker in the area, helped us with our booking and processed our acceptance letter even in short notice. We stayed there during my birthday week, and it was worth it.

hidden gem in Catangnan”
Casa Bianca is tucked away in Catangnan, a stone-throw away from popular surfing spots including Cloud 9 and only a few minutes motorbike drive to all popular areas on Tourism Road and General Luna. Rooms are very spacious with a balcony/terrace that still gives you plenty of privacy. It is a perfect option if you are looking for a quiet place, tasteful accommodation, with spacious room facilities and a very pleasant open common area & kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siargao! TIP (for anyone looking to work remotely): overall internet (LTE data) is stronger in the Catangnan area compared to most parts in Tourism Road. While Globe was fairly stable, I experienced less interruptions and faster navigation with SMART.

The design of the hotel is very clear like you come back home, cause the owner just designed this with her daughter's name,which means she wants to treat us like her family, the clean environment, convenient life, near to cloud 9 surf, its beyond my expectations already, in the end, hope everyone enjoy here and wish Casa is better and better

Die Casa Bianca ist ein schönes Haus mit hübschem Garten in einer ruhigeren Gegend nähe der Cloud 9 und direkt an der Tourism Road in General Luna (also an der geteerten Hauptstraße, was durchaus bei vielen Unterkünften nicht immer der Fall ist in GL...). Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und konnten trotz sehr früher Ankunft vormittags bereits in unser Zimmer. Der Outdoor Bereich des Zimmers hat uns super gut gefallen, welchen man auch super bei Regen nutzen konnte und man trotzdem „draußen“ war, auch die Outdoor-Dusche ist mega. Um ins Zentrum unten beim Hafen zu kommen, muss man allerdings entweder ein Tricycle (pro Fahrt ca 60-80 PHP) nehmen oder einen Roller mieten (ca 400 PHP pro Tag), wobei man das eigentlich ohnehin muss um tagsüber flexibel zu sein und zum Strand oder weiteren Aktivitäten zu kommen, daher also eigentlich kein Nachteil. Roller können auch direkt an der Unterkunft gemietet werden. Am Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserspender. Es gibt kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft, was aber an der Fülle von coolen Cafés in GL nicht wirklich ein Nachteil ist. Wobei wir allerdings dafür den Preis verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften pro Nacht etwas hoch fanden. Was wir etwas vermisst haben, ist dass es keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung gab. Empfehlenswert für alle die es gerne etwas schicker und ruhiger haben!
