Best place in Koh Lipe”
The views are perfect, the beach is private and secluded, no noise from boats, just clean and clear water for swimming and snorkling. Kayaks free of charge when staying at the hotel. The staff are fantastic, the service level very high, the breakfast was outstanding in the morning sun and the chef in the kitchen made the best papaya salad on the island:) We loved it and will definitely come back.

Lush quiet hotel with amazing views ”
Loved it here - amazing views and such nice staff!! The only downside was our room was the one right by reception and next door had to walk past our windows and pool to get to their hut - they arrived late, ordered room service and then had the gall to put it by our pool so they wouldn’t get the bugs! Not the hotels fault, but there were other rooms that were empty rather than squishing us together. Great cocktails and really clean!

Paradise every morning when you open your curtains”
What makes this place amazing is: 1. Location. Like a private beach 2. Staff . The staff are super friendly, warm and extremely attentive. After a week we got to know them all and they always have a smile no matter what Things to improve: The management team needs to look at the breakfast options. The breakfast quality doesn’t match the hotel category! same thing everyday. Fruits were always pineapple and watermelon for 7 days! the bread is very poor quality white sandwich, the waffles are industrial, how hard is to make a rotti? and they have juices from package not fresh!!!! In an island with so many fresh fruit.

Great resort on Koh Lipe”
Booked one of the villas to celebrate my wife's birthday. Dropped a note to the resort staff with expectations to have some cake ready. The team did much more than that! Full decoration of the deck for a splendid dinner and surprise balloons in the room. This is taking initiative to the max and it is much appreciated The resort is pretty new and the pool is great. There are snorkeling sites just in front of the resort Great experience at the resort. Compliments to the staff (and dog) at Casa De Lipe

Bel endroit au calme ”
Casa de lipe est un petit hôtel différent des resort vous y êtes au calme c’est certain Avec une belle petite plage privée pas blindé de monde du tout . Petit déjeuner surplombant la mer très agréable en revanche le choix de celui ci est assez restreint mais suffisant . Personnel très agréable gentil et présent . Une navette gratuite de l’hôtel nous récupère à notre arrivée au port et nous amène lorsque l’on repart juste le spécifier avant d’arriver . Pr contre hôtel très exentré vous êtes pas à côté de la walking street de Koh lipe des taxis sont dispo en départ de la walking street vers l’hôtel un peu moins en sens inverse hôtel walking street Sinon vous pouvez marcher 10/15 min en descendant le chemin qui mène a pataya beach ( plage ou l’on arrive ) vous tombez sur cette belle plage et plus qu’à marchez un peu les pieds dans el sable vers la walking street tres agréable . Niveau propreté je dirai à améliorer terrasse assez sale compte tenu des arbres qui entourent et pas vraiment nettoyer partout . Et pareil pour la chambre toiles d’araignée et tache qui partent non nettoyer ( j’ai acheter éponge et produit pour faire moi même ) . Kayak à disposition ainsi que masque tuba gratuitement Je recommande quand même cet hôtel si ça vous gêne pas d’être un peu retiré des rues animées . Personnel très très disponible et adorable
