NOT COVID SAFE!! PCR TESTING GUESTS IN COMMUNAL WITHIN 2M OF OTHER GUESTS!! ”
SAFE TRAVEL SANITISED FOR YOU SAFETY??? For a hotel whos opening picture paints a image of Covid safety this is far from the case. Sitting in the communal roof top enjoying the terrace with my partner, another couple of guests came and sat within 2 metres of us no masks on. Using the shared rooftop facilitlies..nothing wrong there? A man appeared in full medical PPE suit it became obvious the 2 guest in question were being PCR tested. Why would you send guests up to a communal area to be tested?? Guests should be confinded to there rooms to be tested and until there result are recieved!! The answer from the front desk was that some times they do PCR test there its a open space....??? Unacceptable and dangerous to guests! My patner complained as well. I set a timer on my phone 20 mins passed still no cleaning. I went to the front desk fro the 2nd time to complain and inform the hotel I will be reporting them for un safe coivd measures...this finally got a clean team up to the roof!!

Perfect location in Condesa!”
Great location in Condesa and great value! We stayed twice as we left to travel to other cities in Mexico. The first part was great! We had a great room on the 2nd floor. On our return we were on a higher floor and a different line. It was much smaller though I thought we booked a bigger room. And quite noisy. Some guests go up to the roof deck to hangout and drink and we could hear all the conversations in our room The staff was great though—very helpful and sweet. Wouldn’t recommend higher floor if you have heavy luggage because they only have stairs. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who wants to visit Mexico City! Viva Mexico!

Cash isn’t acceptable. No proper heater in winter. Location is not good for tourists. It is not money for value comparing to Gran Hotel where we stayed the night before, locationally, economically and facility-wize

Great Location & Staff”
This is located in a very nice area with many nearby restaurants. Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. Be aware, however, that it's a small boutique hotel. The restaurant is located at the very top of a narrow stairway on the 4th floor. If you have mobility problems, it might be difficult to get there. I only went there once since I have back problems. Another thing to consider, there is no garage, and parking in the area is very limited.

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Condesa”
I had a very pleasant stay in this boutique hotel where the staff was really nice, the room very functional and spacious and the hotel is ideally located in Condesa, a very nice area in the center of Mexico city. I had my breakfast every morning with the sun on the rooftop. And there is a washing machine and dryer in self service for free, awesome. Uber takes you anywhere very easily and Polenko and Roma, other very nice and safe areas are close.
