We stayed for 4d4n and we had no major issue. The place is a little dated but I still find it better than hostels/inn with lesser price. Our room - Premier Executive for 2, was located at 12th floor. It is small but it could fit 1 extra bed. We were still able to open 2 large luggages with some room to walk around. The bathroom is coffin shaped but with enough space to move and shower without spraying water all over the place. I hate that the entire bathroom wall is frosted glass which means the whole bedroom lights up when someone uses the bathroom. Also, the room has poor soundproofing. Luckily, we were not near the elevator. But we could hear people talking and other random sounds from the adjacent rooms. Wi-fi worked really well. Few steps away from the MTR station and lots of stores nearby, like literally anything that you could need is within reach. There are restaurants and also cheap ones. Across the hotel, there are 30-40hkd rice meals with 2-3 viand.
We stayed at Casa Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating. Location is excellent—super near Yau Ma Tei MTR (about 25 steps away) and also very close to the bus stop going to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The room is just the normal size for Hong Kong hotels—small but enough. Bathroom is also small but clean and okay, and we just used the shower as a bidet. Towels are changed daily, and you can also request to change the slippers every day. Another plus is that the area has many cheap food options and fast food restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a simple but comfortable hotel with a really great location.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the MTR, making it super easy to get around the city. i had to book casa hotel because my preferred hotel was fully booked. room is tiny at 11sqm. the main problem is that the shower is located in between the lavatory and the sink. everything gets wet when you shower. i have stayed at similar small rooms but they have a better layout where the shower area albeit tiny as well, is separated by a shower curtain, so no issues with everything getting wet. the room is clean but old, furniture is old. there is a full length mirror (badly stained) in the bathroom but no electrical outlet (understandably so). hair dryer should then be used outside the bathroom out of view of the mirror. the aircon kept on malfunctioning. we would set it at a certain cool temperature before going to sleep at night, then wake up to a warm room in the morning. it apparently shuts itself off. the remote control doesnt work despite the front desk person changing the batteries. front desk staff as well as the housekeeping staff are polite. location is excellent, being near the mtr entrance and the city flyer a21 bus pick up and drop off point. lots of food options, supermarket and groceries nearby. walking distance to shopping areas. overall, i would not stay in this place again. i just have to book earlier at another hotel.

“Clean room and strategic location”
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, only relying on reviews from others; we bravely booked a room at this hotel for 6 nights. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am, they have luggage storage service, so we left our luggage and went to explore around Victoria Harbour. Since we were still jetlagged, we returned to the hotel around 11:30 am and decided to wait for check-in time in the hotel lobby, but at 12:30 pm they offered us to check in early because the room was ready (what an outstanding service). This hotel is very clean, they provide daily housekeeping services (they change towels, tissues, even toothbrushes every day), the size is quite small but that's common for hotels in Hong Kong, but with this room size we could still open one 24-inch suitcase and one 20-inch suitcase on the floor without having to lift them onto the bed. The bathroom is quite small, only for one person, but they have a large mirror which creates an illusion of being spacious, and there is hot water available anytime in the shower, however, the sink only has cold water. In the room, there is a hairdryer, kettle, and a TV that works well (the downside is they don't provide a refrigerator in every room) and there is no free mineral water bottle. The location is very, very strategic. It is just a few meters away from MTR Yau Ma Tei Exit C, which was very helpful for us, there is also a Bus Stop in front of the hotel, and just a few meters away is the Bus Stop to the Airport. The hotel is located in Yau Ma Tei, a very strategic area, in the middle, close to Temple Night Market, Lady's Market, Sneaker Street, and if you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui area, it's only two stops away on the MTR. Around the hotel, there are many dining options, ranging from local food to fast food like McD, KFC, and Jolibee. Right next to the hotel, there's a 7/11 and a few meters near MTR Exit C there is a Circle K. FYI, during check-in they will ask for a deposit of 300 HKD, I don't know if this is per room or per booking. My husband and I only provided a deposit of 300 HKD. But don't worry, because when you check out, they will return it immediately. When we checked out at 5 am, they returned the deposit without checking the condition of the room first. If I return to Hong Kong, would I stay at this hotel again? The answer is definitely "Yes☺️."
