Very cosy. Hotel staff is too friendly. Specially room attendent. She is very friendly and happy soul. Even though I said I don't need to make my room but she insist to collect the garbage and refill the towels and aminities. I love the service and very affordable price.

Suggest Hotel put a sign on each room”
Everything is ok for budget hotel but it is a bit noisy when facing Nathan road as the traffic is quite busy. Moreover, since the walls between each rooms are very thin. On the days I live, the room next to me switch on the TV and speaking very loudly from 2:00 am to 4:00 am. I suggest put a sign in each room to ask the guests to keep down their voices, especially in the mid-night.

I have been reserving Casa Hotel recently because of its convenience in terms of location. This time I requested for an upgrade to experience a bigger room type. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. I was offered a Deluxe Twin room which I was very pleased. I think I will consider reserving this hotel more in the future.

Casa Hotel”
The hotel is ideal for budget travellers. Location is superb! We only walked along Nathan Road to visit some of the most visited areas in Hong Kong! Walking distance to Mongkok (2 mins) and Tsim Sha Tsui (15 mins, ideal if you are not in a hurry). The hotel is small but since we go out a lot, its not a big deal. The bathroom was also small but again, the location is ideal. I loved Silka hotel but I really will consider staying here again when we go back.

Good choice for short stay but not ideal for long”
Excellent location, room is clean and roomy, good access to shops and restaurants. But the bathroom is too tiny that an adult wont be able to sit properly on the toilet, and have to squeeze yourself and open the door to come out after take a shower (definitely your butt will touch the sink when you turn around when opening the door). As a normal size S Asian male, i find the bathroom space is very limited.

The twin room is large compared to other equivalent hotel. Casa Hotel is situated in Yau Ma Tei and within walking distance to Mongkok. Restaurants and convenience stores are in vicinity. Bed is comfortable. However there is no fridge available in the room

Decent value during holiday season; convenient; smaller room than expected”
I booked this room at a reduced price, likely due to the low number of tourists visiting the city. The location and convenience is amazing. Food nearby is relatively well priced even for locals, and you are steps away from Mong Kok, one of the biggest shopping districts in the city. Staff were fine and room was clean. The only downside was the size of the room. It was definitely smaller than expected but I used to live in the city so I am used to this size. Also, the washrooms are "wet" ones meaning that the whole washroom will get wet when you use the shower. Pro-tip: bring flip flops or wet slippers so you don't track water onto the room floor. Visitors in Hong Kong for the first time might want to take note.
