Nice rooms, very clean”
Great location for a quick trip to Palenque. Very close to the bus station - making it easy when you arrive after a long bus ride. Easy to get to the ruins in a collectivo. Can’t complain.

Very good value for money. I slept in a dorm room, but with only 3 wide queen-sized single beds in the room. Very clean, thick pillow and 3 layer blanket. They were cleaning the room daily and made the bed. The common areas are a bit small and too warm during the day to stay around. Otherwise all facilities are in good condition and the staff was always friendly.

At first I was a little disappointed because it felt more like a hotel then a hostel but there are a few good common places. Amazing professional staff, very clean and pleasant. My only recommendation is for them to add more tables and common spaces!!!

An hour to check in! ”
So i arrived after a very long bus jouney and the woman took about an hour to check me in because of the 3 people ahead of me that took 20 mins each to check in and the woman at reception seemed in no rush at all. After i checked in i was showed to 'my room' which was actually not my room as there were 2 beds and already 2 people in here, my key happened to open their door, i went back down to reception and explained the situation and she showed me to my actual room with a mattress soo thin i could feel all the slats underneath, i had to go through a 5 bedroom dorm in order to get to mine which was fine however speaking to those people in that room they specifically booked a 5 bed dorm when it was actually a 7 bed dorm there was one shower and toilet in the same room to share between 7, and i found out you are given complomentary towels which i did not recieve until i asked. You have to pay to refil your water bottle and if you choose to stay in the hostel after check out (late bus) you have to pay 70 pesos to wait around in the hostel. Will never ever stay here again apart from the location and cleanliness this hostel is a joke

This hostel is a perfect place and relax after a long day of exploring the ruins and other sights. it is super clean with large lockers to store your things. the Air conditioner works well. The hostel is located at a 5 minute walk from the main ADO bus station and a 10 minute walk from the centro.
