Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep”
Let’s start with the pros. The staff were impeccably polite and the location was close to everything. It was also reasonably priced but my goodness we could not get a single night of good sleep when we stayed here for 6 days! The walls were so thin we even heard the next door guest fart lol not even kidding. It also did not help that they had nonstop events by the poolside too. Loud karaoke until 11pm? Guests partying in their room next door? Seriously. The owner of this hotel needs to know which one they want to prioritize over the other - the hotel guest or event clients. They also had this weird policy of not letting guest have their own clothes iron or even borrow it from the hotel, they force you to give it to their laundry staff even if you insist on doing it yourself, and then they charge you for that. Ridiculous. Clearly, the person who runs this place has not traveled much and does not know how guests in hotels should be catered to. The only redeeming quality of this hotel are the super nice staff and the location that I mentioned earlier. Other than that, nah.. would not recommend.

The staff is accommodating and the services they offer are very good! The hotel is spotless and the ambiance is good. The linens are so cozy which I loved. Will book again soon ❤️

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff; the Standard room is a bit tight but mainly because the bed is so big; we moved to a Junior Suite which was awesome; the local shopping area is about 100 metres away with lots of different dining options; just beware of Taxi drivers not able to find the location.
