I was so moved and touched to be able to stay at such a quality accommodation for this price...🥹 After booking through Agoda, they sent a confirmation email immediately, and they waited at the reception even in the early morning, so we could check in late at night! Without needing to book a separate half-night stay, we were satisfied with the early check-in and affordable price, and we stayed at Alona Austria for the entire 4 nights~ First of all, the accommodation was very close to the main street of Alona Beach and McDonald's, making it convenient for tours or airport transfers, and even coming back late at night was not scary since the lights were on😉 The staff were always present and very kind... Everyone spoke English well, making communication easy :) Even though we used the room messily (ㅠㅠ), they always kept it clean, and they always organized our swimsuits and luggage...!! (They even caught lizards for us...) 👇Advantages List👇 1. Cleanliness: When booking the accommodation, cleanliness and the presence of bugs was my top concern, but I found no mosquitoes or any bugs❌ other than small ants and lizards inside the accommodation! The lizards are actually scared of people, and since they eat bugs, it’s said that if they show up, there are no bugs around! I used it very comfortably without needing bug repellents🫶🏻 They even installed the shower filter for us, and even though I didn’t use the one I brought, it stayed clean throughout the 4 days! Just like other reviews, the filter did not get dirty at all during our stay... My friends and I said that our skin actually got smoother while traveling in the Philippines because it was so clean~ 2. Amenities: I brought shower products, a toothbrush/toothpaste, and cleansing items, but other than that, I really didn't need to bring anything🥹 There was a hairdryer, rinsing cup, dishes (including a knife), refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, water, hangers, coffee, safe, towels, beach towels, etc... There was nothing missing, and the washing machine was available from 9 AM to 6 PM, so I could wash my swimsuits! The pool is small but beautiful and picturesque for photos, and I took the beach towels with me on the tours! For reference, water and towels could be refilled once each~ 3. Luggage Storage Service: On the last day, it was really convenient to be able to store our luggage at the accommodation for free while doing an inland tour🥹 I just mentioned at the reception about luggage storage before checking out, and I picked up my luggage around 6 PM after returning from the tour~ 4. 220V Available: This is also a significant advantage... you can use the outlets without an adapter! There was an outlet between the beds, so I was happy to lie down and use my phone while charging~ (There’s also Wi-Fi) Plus, there were many outlets near the mirror and next to the bathroom, making it great for using a hairdryer or straightener! 😍Looking back, I want to go again😍 Considering the kindness of the staff and the quality of the accommodation, I wouldn't mind paying double... I generously tipped on the last day before leaving ㅠㅠ Everyone, go to this place for accommodation in Bohol!

We felt very welcomed the moment we stepped into Alona Austria Resort. The reception staff , and every staff there actually, were so friendly and nice. The room is so clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well kept, with clean kettle and microwave and fridge. Just a short walk to Alona beach and lots of eatery around. The life guard at the swimming pool is very attentive, he walks around and keeps an eye on everyone in the pool. They have a self service laundry. There are space outside each unit to hang your clothes to dry. It is really a nice place to stay at Bohol. The whole resort is very well maintained.

“One of the Best in Panglao”
One of the best accommodations I've been to. Value for money. 10/10 in cleanliness, attention to detail, and providing the best value to customers. Great central location, just a few minutes walk to Alona Beach, restaurants, and transit, but far enough from the noise. Staff are attentive and warm. Appreciate the little touches that make the experience better: a hair dryer, safe, clothesline for wet clothes, availability of washing machine and dryer... I could go on. The resort has been around since 2015 and the care put into by the staff and owner/s to maintain the rooms and grounds are apparent. 10/10 would go back.

“This is the accommodation I would most like to recommend among those I used this time.”
During this trip to Bohol, I stayed at three accommodations. The other two places were nice too, but Alona Austria stood out the most. It is an excellent accommodation for the price. If anyone is considering, I would recommend booking right away. There’s a massage shop next door, a famous pizza place within a 5-minute walk, and you can visit various cafes and McDonald's. However, the accommodation is quiet and good for relaxing. The alley leading to the accommodation is beautiful. It's possible to get there by tuk-tuk. The place is small but provides all the necessary amenities. It has a dehydrator, microwave, and the refrigerator works well to freeze ice. The accommodation is very clean, and the pool is nice for a little fun. There is also a lifeguard present! The staff members are very friendly and greeted me first every time I encountered them, which I appreciated. It’s a beautiful place that offers more resort-like service and atmosphere than many large resorts.
