We enjoyed staying at Casa Minerva. Staffs are really nice and very approachable. House is clean, pool is superb plus utensils are all available. Not to mention the owner replies and answers quickly!

The karaoke system was very good. Pool is acceptable. Master's bedroom hot water system not working at all. The upper drawer of the vanity furniture have a colony of ants with thousands of white larvae and black ants trailing all the way to the window, very disgusting and disturbing. Care takers not answering calls even after repeated buzzing. Had to use liquid soap with alcohol to kill ant colony, still more ants came by morning. Plus, roaches in the living room at night. Check out at 2 pm, we left by 8:00 am. We washed our own dishes and swept the floor to make sure they know we cleaned after ourselves.

It’s fun at Casa Minerva”
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Minerva- this is the 1st time of staycation again after the 2 year pandemic. We really enjoyed the pool as we all love swimming very much-though it’s quite cold, and the weather is rainy outside . The house is superb, so many rooms can accommodate us all, love the bathrooms in every corner of the house, very clean and lovely, love the videoke - we had a happy family bonding! The caretakers are so accommodating. Overall we enjoyed it very much! We recommend this is a good place for a happy family bonding!!! We’ll definitely come back…

Upon arrival, we were not greeted by any caretakers. The gate door was open so we just drove inside the garage. We roamed around the house and it turns out that the caretakers were still cleaning it. It has a beautiful view outside with the pool, but is dirty inside. There were no clear instruction on how to use the videoke, which was inside the house and we were gathered outside by the pool so we were not able to use it. Mic is not working great. Too much noise. Tv stand cabinet is so dirty. So are the comfort rooms. The bedrooms are great though. Utensils on the kitchen are still wet (probably has just been washed, but why would you put it directly on the cabinet?) Shower by the pool is not working. Door by the cr outside cannot be closed. It was advertised that the pool has night lights, we were expecting it by night but they said that it doesn't work. Again, it was beautiful outside but a disaster inside. Not as great as advertised. Not recommended for its price.
