Great stay ”

Casa Nithra Bangkok Thailand Overview: stayed for 3 nights In January 2018, booked though Agoda and received a good deal considering location and reviews. Location: excellent location about 12 minute walk to Kho San Road yet still far enough away if that's not your thing. Very very busy main road and a few guests complained during our stay asking to be moved rooms. Easy access to all tourist sites. Regular taxis and Tuk Tuks available outside the hotel. Check in: we arrived at quite a. Yay time and had to wait almost 30minutes to check in which you really do t need after a 15 hour flight. We where greeted with warm towels and cold Thai tea while we waited which was a nice touch. Room: we paid for a superior room which was lovely, the key you are given activates the lights and aircon, thus meaning the Aircon had not been on the room was around 30*c when we entered. Just like opening an oven door. Mini bar is quite expensive. Water is provided which is a great touch considering the humidity outside. Milk or creamer is not provided so we had to go and buy milk so we could have a cup of tea in the morning. Room service: ordered this on our second night after a full day of exploring, couldn't face going out. All I can say is amazing!! Ordered and arrived very quick, very reasonably priced for room service. Breakfast: our booking included breakfast, this is served between 6:30-10 in the main restaurant, good variety of food served from bacon and eggs to Thai curries etc. Wide selection of fruit. Only down side is that you don't get served anything, 3 members of staff stood behind bar but you have to do up and get your own coffee milk etc, I know you serve yourself at buffet for food but never stayed in hotel where you get your own coffee!! Coffee was very rarely ready and I feel it's not only me but coffee is the most important thing in the morning. Should I return to Bangkok I would stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel but doesn't reserve for 8.7/10”

The overall feeling about Casa Nithra is good. Nice staff, good bathrooms and clean (quite new) rooms. But I expected something more for that price. For comparision I spent 2 days in Prince Palace (rooms were 50% cheaper than in Casa Nithra) and my feeling about the hotel was much better than here (especially I was negatively suprised about the swimming pool - after reading comments here I expected something more). We could leave our luggage and come back to the hotel and refresh by the swimmming pool - that was a plus. Summing up - clean, small hotel, near by Khaosan Rd, but without any fireworks for that price.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! ”

The room was exactly what we had seen online and we revived the service that was promised! It was clean, well maintained, an amazing price, fab location and brilliant staff! Would defo come back!

Amazing! We came back to stay at Casa Nithra on our return trip seeing as we enjoyed our first stay so much. Casa Nithra is a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. It holds a sense of ease and relaxation making one feel at home. The location was perfect with alot to do... On my trip to Bangkok I had come traveling with a friend- and as two young girls we felt extremely safe staying here. I can't express how pleasant and easy our stay at Casa Nithra was. The staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful with very good English and the facilities available are good. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location”

Location, staff, comfort

Myself and my friend stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe twin room. We found it to be very comfortable and spotlessy clean and had a quiet room on the 5th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very conveniently located a 10 minute walk away from Khaosan Road. A couple of minor issues we had were that there weren't any drawers in the room, which was a little inconvenient as we would have liked to unpack, after being 3 weeks traveling around Asia, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. As with most hotels, drinks are quite expensive there but there are some small bars just up and across the road from the hotel and a lovely inexpensive restaurant across the road, quite close by. I would recommend the Casa Nithra to friends and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Bangkok.

Can't go wrong!”

We were only at Casa Nithra for one night, but it was great! They let us check in early (noon instead of 2pm). Staff was super friendly. They offer a 500 bhat flat rate to get to the airport (including tolls), which we thought was a pretty good deal (our taxi from the airport to our first hotel, which was closer to the airport than Nithra, was 500 bhat plus 75 bhat in tolls). The room was solid - very clean, super cold AC, two free bottles of water. Rooftop pool is also great (salt water pool) - refreshing but not too cold. Other reviewers said the rate was a bit high for what you get, but I can't really comment on that as I'm not sure what to compare it to. I'd say $60 / night is worth the security of knowing you'll have a super solid place to stay with absolutely nothing to complain about.

Will stay again!”

After a string of bad/deceiving stays in Bangkok, I was so relieved to have found Casa Nithra!! Reception was SO friendly and professional. Set me up with a room 2 HOURS before my check in time. So, so happy I chose to stay here. Also close enough to walk to khaosan and older parts of the city, yet very quiet at night time. Stay at Casa Nithra, you won’t regret it!

Excellent Choice in Khaosan Area. Highly Recommended”

I’ve stayed in the Khaosan Area many times and stayed at Casa Nithra 4-5 times. It’s close to Khaosan but not “too close” to the noise and craziness. Nice modern clean rooms. Nice linens and comfy beds. Good food. Excellent staff. They are very polite, helpful, and professional. Special callout this trip to reception worker Jazz. She was super helpful and communicates very clearly. Thank you Jazz. I wish the hotel had a fitness room. I’ll be back to stay again.

Beautiful hotel located in a great area for food and nightlife. great rooftop pool with great view!!”

Casa nithra is a wonderful hotel. Very tastefully designed and decorated. The staff were friendly and always helpful. There is a great restaurant downstairs and the area is great for walking and discovering other places to eat. Bars and nightlife are nearby as well. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Saltwater and a wonderful view. My room was quiet and I slept soundly at night. If I'm ever in Bangkok again this will be my temporary home!!!

Hot time”

The hotel is in a great location within easy access to the ferry port and walking distance to excellent food, street markets and tourist hot spots. My only two issues were the opening hours of the pool (9am is a bit too late for a cool morning dip) and the extreme heat of the hotel once you leave the lobby and go up the lift. We discovered that all of the hallway windows are left open during heat of the day, which makes its way into your room. There is a thermostat in the rooms that was always at 33C when we arrived back after a long hot day of sight seeing. It takes about an hour for the room to cool down below 26. Apart form that Casa Nithra is a small version of an international style hotel.

We liked our stay at Casa Nithra, rather medium size / small hotel for such a big city. We enjoyed very much the neighboorhood especially if you spent the day in the busy part of BKK it is nice to come back to this area. There are many food options around. The rooftop pool can be very nice if not crowded. If you are a light sleeper you might be annoyed by the noise of the other rooms' air conditioning, we asked to change room because of this and the staff was very flexible and nice. The breakfast was very nice compared to other hotels' breakfast we had in Thailand.

We loved our stay at Casa Nithra!”

Loved staying at Casa Nithra! It is very close to great restaurants (2-5 min walk away), 15 minute walk to the busy Khao San Road. We found it very peaceful and quiet. The food is amazing! The drinks are over priced but that is the only bad thing we have to say about this hotel. The pool is lovely (make sure you get up there early). Very clean rooms, best wifi access we've experienced in Thailand! Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back again soon!

A very nice hotel!”

Everything is definitely above average for this hotel, from interior design, ambiances to room services. For breakfast, it is affordable and you will get a wide range of food to select from. Worth it! The only thing that need improvement would be its transportation. Since the hotel is far away from the bts station, complimentary transportation to the nearest bts should be provided for guests' convenience. Overall, this is an enjoyable stay in Casa Nithra. Looking forward to come back again.

Lovely hotel near Khao San road with rooftop pool ”

Location, design, rooftop bar and swimmingpool, service

Casa Nithra has a lovely rooftop pool & bar. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and in modern Asian design style (small balcony for smokers) Khao San road is a two streets away there are many restaurants, little shops in the street as well. The hotel provides a taxi service to the airport (500 baht) Whenever you need to go somewhere they stop a taxi and inform the taxi to drive by meter. The staff provided great service (including an early check in, wake up calls) and were always there to help or answer our questions, great service! CONS Tv channels, there were hardly any English channels and there was some problem with the receiver of the tv. Furthermore housekeeping can improve a little bit, we found hair(s) in the shower and some stains on the toilet from the previous guests. The wifi was a little bit slow and we needed to log in everytime.

Beautiful Hotel”

The room. The location. The attention to detail.

Casa Nithra is a fantastic 4-star hotel. I stayed in the Suite room and would recommend it to any traveller. It is extremely clean, the staff are nice and the design is stunning. Don't hesitate. MAJORITY of the other hotels in the Khao San area are targeted towards backpackers and people on hostel budgets. If you're looking for an alternative and value comfort, then book Casa Nithra. It's a 10 minute walk to Khao San or a 3-4 minute Tuk-Tuk ride.
