This holiday home was formerly an old convent school near Camaiore and was transformed into a villa in the middle of last century by a Dutch family. The town lies at the foot of Monte Prana in Tuscany near the sea and the artists village of Pietrasanta. center of the old marble culture. It is an ideal base in order to visit the beautiful Tuscan cities of Lucca. Pisa and Florence. but also for mountain walks up in the beautiful nature area of the Alpi Apuane . You could also of course try and explore the sandy beaches (the house is about 8 km from the coast). Restaurants within walking distance in the hamlet of Pieve. approximately 2 km from Camaiore. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful. large and well maintained garden on flat terrain with a barbeque area. and ping-pong table. about 3000 square meters with plenty of privacy. The view of greenery and Alpi Apuane from the villa and garden is truly beautiful.
