            Great Hospitality!”

Great Location, Hospitality and Complimentary Snacks

I've got to say that my stay with Casa Pura Hotel was very satisfactory. Due to some car trouble, I was only able to check in at the hotel way past the check in time and arrived there around 8pm. Nonetheless, the staff welcomed we with great hospitality and was able to get to my room without delay. After a few minutes of settling down in my room, a staff member came knocking at my door to deliver a complimentary juice drink for me to enjoy! I have stayed at a number of hotels but I admit that was the fist time I experienced that gesture. What surprised me more is that there are complimentary snacks included in the room which I was able to enjoy without being charged ridiculous snack bar charges. The room is very clean and just the right size but it could do well with better sound proofing. Also I am not a fan of the air freshener they used inside the room as it is so think and heavy that its very intrusive to the nose. Would have preferred a lighter smell inside the room. Hotel location is very good since there are many dining establishments around giving you a lot of options. Breakfast was good although small portioned. Overall, my stay at Casa Pura is very satisfactory and I would love to come back and spend a night again on this very cozy and accommodating hotel.

            Great B&B in Quezon City!”

clean and intimate place, warm service, convenient location

This was my first stay at Casa Pura and I'll be back for sure! Very nice bed and breakfast experience: a pleasant three-story place just off bustling Timog, but quite tranquil. Rooms are simply appointed, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and spas along Timog and Tomas Morato avenues. Complementary breakfast and WiFi included. A nice place to stay if you're in Quezon City for business or pleasure. And good value with the Agoda rates.

            A Quiet Retreat”

My time at Casa Pura was a wonderful and relaxing three days. As soon as I entered the inn, staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The standard room I had booked was very comfortable and included a fridge, kettle and complimentary snacks. I also loved the firm bed which was extremely comfortable. The provided breakfast choices were also very good and much more than a simple continental set. It should be noted that some people might find the lack of an elevator to be an issue but I had no problems taking the stairs to the third floor. I would definitely return here again.

            location, staff and value

Just enjoyed a very pleasant four-night stay at Casa Pura, a cosy and well-run bed and breakfast establishment that can accommodate meetings and functions as well. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location, within walking distance of a wide range of restaurants, shops and spas in the Timog/Tomas Morato neighborhood. Good value, complementary WiFi and breakfast (pre-order the night before) are included. And very friendly and smiling staff!

Lovely, small hotel well located in Quezon City”

clean, well designed, good beds, quiet and good location in Quezon City

Casa Pura is a small, clean and well designed hotel in Quezon City. The location is quiet and well located near the MRT and Tomas Morato Street. Good beds and a hotel restaurant are a plus for the small hotel. It is a good value for price deal, I can recommend a stay there.

intimate hotel, good value, complementary breakfast and wifi

Casa Pura proved to be a great place to stay during a recent meeting in QC. The location is ideal, close to the main drag (just off Timog) but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, clean and simply appointed. Lots of restaurants, shops, spa, etc. nearby. Breakfast and WiFi were decent. I'd recommend this place!

            Could be a great little boutique hotel, but . . . ”

Clean room, fast internet, good front desk staff

Casa Pura has the beginnings of a great little boutique hotel. It's an attractive building with a nice patio surrounded by trees on a quiet street. There is a good little restaurant across the street. The front desk staff and management are responsive. It's not there, yet for the following reasons: The plated breakfast and service was poor. There was a limited menu of plates, rather than a complete a la carte selection. Service was slow, despite the fact the hotel was not busy. My advice is to either upgrade the plated breakfast to a limited a la carte menu, or provide a buffet with rolls, coffee, tea and fruits. If you have to raise the price by a couple hundred pesos, it will be worth it. My room had no windows - except for a large window facing the corridor. This was a sound and light privacy issue. My advice is to wall up those windows - they serve no purpose.

            superb small hidden gem”

room, location near Thomas Morato, staff

Stayed here for over 1 week. First upon arrival feel little dismay as they say to have car park - well they do but only for 1 car. So it is first come first serve. The guards will find you some place to park on the road but it is less safe. Arrival reception is smooth and very friendly. Room I have stay was very clean (strange smell that they spray), big and bed is big and very comfortable. Shower is somewhat small but clean and have all you need - no bath tub. Breakfast menu - it is a-la cart - you need to choose from short-list. I have try few and all been good. Pls. note that no matter what time you give the order to the reception they will NOT process it until you actually come over to take the little voucher into the restaurant. Time waste!! The place hosted few celebrations while I was there so my guess it is more on parties and food - while the hotel part is the "extra" (normally it is the other way around). Internet was really problem - not work smooth at all times. If they add LAN that will be great relief as this is not very big hotel and it is easy to fix. All the time of the visit you feel the hotel is there to help you. Nearby have 7-Eleven and burger king. Further it is the night area of Thomas Morato and Timog. Many places for eat and night.

            It was ok”

Location, LCD TV, breakfast in bed.

We wanted a simple staycation over the holidays and we booked here at Casa Pura. Their standard room was just the right size. There is LCD TV. The bed is comfortable, however, the pillows were too fluffy it's uncomfortable. Also, the sound proofing of the room is poor. We can literally hear the cabinet door of the adjacent room everytime it opens.

My Stay at the Casa Pura”

            The Staff

Stay was ok. Good value for the money. Location just at the intersection of Timog and Quezon Avenue was good. Room was clean and adequate. My first day I wasn't familiar with the hot water operation in the shower so I ended up taking a cold shower--ouch. But once I figured out how the hot water was provided to the shower, everything was ok. I used the breakfast option once out of the three days I was there. It was ok. I had to ask the waiter to bring me sugar for the tea as it wasn't brought with the drink. The other days I left the hotel before breakfast was served. They do ask that you select your breakfast the night before and the approximate time you will take it. I found this a nice feature. Overall good value for the money. Staff was courteous and professional. I would stay there again if I had business in the area.

            nice hotel”

Near lots of restaurants, really hot water, central location

The location is nice, but lots of taxis had a hard time getting to the hotel, but once there, it was a pretty central location with very good access to many restaurants. It is fairly close to the airport. As far as I'm concerned there are no malls nearby but we haven't looked for that. The food for breakfast was fine, but weirdly enough the foreign food was fair, but in many cases the filipino breakfasts weren't as successful. The room is a decent size. We have access to a microwave and a small toaster oven per floor. There is also a water dispenser for cold or hot water on each floor. The AC works fine, but it can get fairly noisy at times. The water for the shower gets really hot really fast. It is quite rare, but usually I prefer to use maximum heat for water, but in that hotel, I had to use lower than maximum because it was too hot. There are no elevators, but that means that you do not have to wait and the hotel is not too high. We were on the 2nd floor, I think there are only 3.

            Good location, very helpful staff”

I have booked this hotel now several times for me and colleagues. Since the location, the standard and the staff is really convincing while the price is reasonable, I can fully recommend the hotel. Lately the staff has been very supportive in solving organisational challenges. As it is a small hotel, the individual customer gets full attention.

            A Hidden Gem”

great staff, good location, quality room furnishings & appliances

this hotel is rated as a 2 star but it's better than some 4 stars that i've stayed in and far superior to the various chain hotels operating in the philippines. staff are extremely customer focused, very helpful, friendly and attentive. it's located close to a busy main road but remains very quiet, room was cool even without aircon on. rooms are well equiped with appliances. the only negative was the wifi...not reliable but it's like that most places i've been in the philippines.

Excellent staff, very good rooms, delicious breakfast

We booked for an overnight stay. The hotel's location is a bit tricky since no road signs are present. We're glad we were welcomed by their great staff. Our room is clean and complete. Breakfast is good. This hotel is highly recommended.

            Great stay”

Everything during our stay in this hotel went well. Facilities are good-with unlimited water in the dispenser each floor. Downside is no elevator. and it would have been nice if they offer buffet breakfast if they are expecting a lot of visitors as it's a mess waiting for a long time for your breakfast to be cooked and prepared.
