Clean, Comfort, Attentive Staffs”

Cleanliness of room and bathroom, Comfortable bed, Strategic location

I had a great stay at the Casa Real Hotel, easy accessible to Macau Ferry Terminal where you can take all the shuttle buses available at the ferry terminal. Only my advise do not take any Grand Lisboa/Lisboa/Oceanus shuttle buses, going to any of their casino will be no problem but if you take their shuttle from any of their casino, you're require to produce a coupon you get from their casino for its shuttle bus services (that's the layback). You can take the City Of Dream shuttle bus to City of Dream and from there you can connect to many places through their shuttle services eg. Taipa City, Macau Tower. Casa Real Hotel is near to Oceanus (Oceanus is more easy to locate due to its huge landmark sign). Casa Real Hotel has shuttle services to Border Gate (Zhu Hai) and Macau Ferry Terminal. But if you do want to get their shuttle services at Border Gate, you're advise to ask the hotel where are the exact location of their bus stop as myself also can't locate it. Therefore I took others shuttle services to ferry terminal, it will took about 15 min walking distance to Casa Real Hotel from the ferry terminal. I ask for a non-smoking room where it is located at 8th floor, the room is very new and clean with a comfortable bed, huge TV with multi channel and huge window with nice view. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to all my friend.

Terrific Find!”

Spotlessly clean; very helpful, friendly staff; English spoken; very close to Macau ferry terminal

A really excellent find in Macau, very reasonably priced. Booked through agoda I paid US$90 (including tax and service charge) for one night. Price quoted by hotel was approx. US$135 PLUS 15% tax and SC, so agoda great deal. Quick check-in, room very clean, comfortable, two small bottles of water supplied, bathroom amenities, kettle and tea supplies. Room quiet. Room service very reasonably priced and quick. Ordered Shanghainese noodles with pork which was so-so. A little too oily and not a lot of flavour. Hot sauce on the side but too hot for me! Concierge staff always available, always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Lovely, sparkling clean indoor pool and casino. Although close to ferry terminal, otherwise location not great as not much around the immediate area. A small store around the corner has cold drinks, food, etc. MOP/HK$60 taxi to Cotai Strip/City of Dreams area. OR, take the hotel shuttle to Macau ferry terminal and take one of the free shuttle buses to City of Dreams. I took taxi to save time. Casa Real great location for Macau World Heritage Site and exploring the old areas of Macau, about MOP/HK$20 taxi only. Hong Kong cash welcome everywhere. I consider Casa Real to be a great discovery and highly recommend it to anyone. Booking through agoda (payment via paypal) quick, easy, no hassle. Hotel took HK$1000 deposit at checkin and I received it back on check-out.

Best bang for your buck”

Great strategic location, even better service from Filipino staff.

casa real is very near the macau maritime ferry terminal. you can walk to it if you like, but casa real has a free shuttle to and from the terminal. this is very essential to someone visiting macau for the first time. at the ferry terminal, you can just pick which bus you want to ride (for free) and get to your destination. there's a gas station with a convenience store right across the hotel for your personal needs. the hotel is also very near some scenic spots / places of interest like the grand prix and wine museum, guia fortress, fisherman's wharf and mgm sands. all the staff are very helpful and polite specially the filipinos. we had no problem with the room itself. nice, clean and big enough. honestly, we weren't expecting such a nice place for the cheap price we paid.

Stay in casa real hotel is also convenient. it is very accessible and easy to locate. They have enough buses for transfer. The room has a complete accessories and toiletries. All Most of the Attractions are wlaking distance only and very near in restaurants and ferry terminal. This hotel is suit for a guest that wants easy access in macau the price is very cheap for the guest. Good for practical Travellers. But their casino dont have a slot machines. That why guest who wants to play slot machines needs to go out and find other hotels that serves slot machines.Experience the life of living in the center of city and have everything you need to shop because its near the shopping area. The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. They are easy to contact and they will make you feel comfortable in your stay. You feel like you are at home during your stay.

Fantastic and spacious hotel ”

convenient as they have mini buses to fetch us through and fro from places

the rooms in casa real hotel was much better than the 5 stars hotel i went to in hong kong before i took a ferry down to macau. not only does the room has a sofa and beds, it does have an exotic dinning table which is round and very special. the rooms are long in shape but very spacious. there is just a casino located on the first and second storey. for most who go to macau just for gambling, casa real should be the hotel which you will choose. on top of that, they do have mini buses to fetch us from the ferry terminal to the hotel free of charge. then, there are also mini buses every 10 min to fetch us to zhu hai, where there are very cheap stuffs. "tai sam ba" is also a 10 min drive away from the hotel.

Great price and size”

price, size, decent quality, location

First off, the price for the room was very very reasonable, compared to most of the other hotels in Macau. I have stayed at many other hotels in the city, and this is a reasonable price. Do not expect this to be in the top tier of hotels, which you would be paying more than double for. For the price, it will give you a very decent size and stay. The staff was very friendly. Wish they were faster with receiving the info from Agoda. Something seems to be a delay between both sides. Didn't have a chance to try the room service or restaurants, so no comment. Macau is a small city with two distinct areas. The Macau side is more the classic section with the casino that have been known to macau. The Cotai house many of the newer casinos, ie venetian. There is a lot of food and shopping in the Macau city side with many local restaurants serving Chinese foods that are known classics in the area. Macau has several places to shop with high and low quality and brands. The Canal shops caters towards a mid to high level brands. With the inclusion of the Four Seasons section, the canal shops has many many high end european brands. The food court is also an excellent way to meet the different taste of a large group. Prices are not always the cheapest, expecially with HK just a ferry ride away.

Nice Rooms

i stayed at casa real hotel for two nights. it is a pleasant hotel that is not overly expensive when considering other options in macau. staff was very attentive and friendly. hotel is close enough to walk to sands and even wynn casinos. Casa Real Hotel, your 2nd home.”

All the features and arrangement in the hotel common area and room. The staff are efficient, polite and hard-working. I like most all the staff smiling face.
The breakfast is a bit poor this time compared to my stay during July 2008. Refiling is slow and the taste of food is little out this time.

The hotel common area and room are clean and neat, staff are polite, smiling all the time, efficient and hard-working.The facilities provided in the room are sufficient and arrangement are in good order. My true experience - It was almost 12 midnight, I called the house-keeping to inform that I got a little problem dealing with the drainage of the wash basin, and to my surprise a lady staff came to me in less than 5 mins with smiling face (despite of the time) to help me out. I was indeed very impressed with the service, never expected the staff is so prompt and efficient. My stay in Casa Real Hotel, Macau is truly pleasant.

A Pleasant Vacation”

From the moment we checked in the hotel, the staff were very accommodating. Although there is a language barrier, it seemed liked they were willing to learn and are really trying to understand what we meant. The presence of Filipino staffers were a big asset to the hotel.
The rooms although big were kinda dark. Maybe you can repaint it with a lighter shade. The room though were very clean and the linens smelled fresh.

Our vacation in Macau was a very fruitful one. The hotel where we stayed (Casa Real) is one that we can recommend to the others who will go to Macau. The Hotel rate was reasonable and the location was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were all accommodating and the concierge handled by some filipinos were very helpful. Truly we can say that we made the right choice in staying at Casa Real. If we go back to Macau, we will book in this same hotel where the accommodation is perfect.

Excellent stay with Casa Real..! Helpful hotel staff who nv fails to help out / provides suggestions if you need help for directions / recommendations for great eatery places. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. I guess they're newly renovated; the furnishings in the room & hotel are relatively new too. Regular shuttle services are also provided to hotel guests to both Macau borders & a few other places in Macau (you may check with the hotel for the full listing) Free wifi is only available in the lobby area. In case you're unable to tap on the free wifi connection, do check with the hotel staff for the wifi password (free service provided).

Great value for money”

clean rooms, good location, friendly staff

Casa Real is an inexpensive hotel that offered great service. It's a Chinese hotel but also friendly for non-Chinese speaking guests thanks to the presence of Filipino staff who are well-known for their hospitality. Their Chinese hotel staff are also okay (fast response to email inquiries) except for the guards at the casino who are not approachable. You cannot ask them for help or directions. Rooms are clean and amenities are good. The only drawback is they don't have free shuttle to and from the airport. It's a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal where you can ride other hotel's free shuttle to go around Macau. We will definitely stay in Casa Real again.

Casa Real a gem in Macau”

Great room, quality staff, great perks and a area filled with history as well as gaming options and varied cusine. Very reasonale price.
Only wish we could have scheduled more time here. The matterress was very firm by our normal standarda, but slept very well with no sore hips, back, or shoulder.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we had during a sixteen day trip including Hong Kong, Gaung Zhou (Canton), and Macau. From the time we opened the door our very nicely appointed room greeted us with its warm wood trims and light airy atmosphere. It easily accomadated an extra rollaway bed for our adult daughter. We also rented our son's and his new wife's room which the hotel upgraded to a very nice suite (two bath, living area, bedroom) it was also a gem. The cleanliness and the daily maid service was excellent. Expect a filling and very tasty breakfast buffet with coices of varied Continental, American, and Chinese cusine. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the ferry terminal which a plethora of casino and hotel shuttles serve. With feet aching from walking to meet buses and cover miles of street vendors in Hong Kong and main land the Casa Real"s Shuttle was a godsend for connecting with the terminal and of course getting our seemingly copious luggage there on departure.

Reasonable rate, Near to ferry terminal, Attentive staff

Checked in at Casa Real with my family for a one night stayover at Macau. We booked 6 rooms altogether and the check in was a breeze. Located near the ferry terminal, it was convenient as we travelled from Hong Kong by ferry. Shuttle bus services are available from hotel to ferry terminal and from there, there are other shuttle buses to other hotels if you wish to visit other resorts in Macau. Staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Service is good too. They can help to call for taxis if needed. Rooms are big and clean. A value for money hotel for family and business.

Great Stay!”

Very convenient to get around the island. Casa Real Hotel provides shuttle buses to get to Choo-Hai port. HOtels around also provides shuttle service to the attractions.
Nothing really except that the casino is not so attractive.

You will definitely enjoy Macau and staying in Casa Real Hotel is so convenient to all the places around. I can get to Fishermen's wharf by foot and I can get around to all the interesting attractions by taking shuttle buses from other hotels too. Literally no need to pay transportation! Besides, there is a great breakfast buffet spread that you can eat and last you through till dinner! At the casino, besides playing the card games, drinks are on the house too! I recommend that you visit Macau and stay in Casa Real. This is my third visit and twice staying in the same hotel.

Home away from home”

I was given an upgrade, thanks to Ms. Kit who is very friendly & accommodating. I was surprised with the size of the room, really huge. It's like staying in a 5-star hotel. I've been to Venetian before, and I can tell you the differences in the accommodation are just minimal, well except for the other facilities of course. Too bad I wasn't able to visit their casino due to my limited time but I promise to visit when I come back. Moneywise, it's a great deal. I've been to a hotel with the same price in Macau but the difference is real huge. Locationwise, it's quite far from the center but I love to walk, so it's no big deal for me. It's near the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal though, so from there, just look for the shuttle bus of other casinos. Highly recommended. Will definitely return. Thanks for the upgrade Ms. Kit.

Simple yet a very Welcoming Hotel”

The selling point of this hotel is its simpleness, no frills, not so elegant but you will feel you're like at your own home.

I really like my stay at Casa Real Hotel, aside from the fact that there are so many Filipinos there, is it's simpleness, it's not like elegant hotels in Macau were there are so many people, and you have to walk long corridors to reach your rooms, and the best part is its very affordable. The only thing I can say that is negative in this hotel is the services of waitress when we eat our breakfast, i have some visitors and we really enjoyed eating our breakfast and they start looking at us as if we are some hungry beggars, it's shameful, because we pay our breakfast the same as the other foreigners, yet they look down on us, we just want some fair treatment please.
