Need to improve customer service specially for those info posted on the website make sure all inclusive such as breakfast will be followed without any arguments because that is one reason to considered when we booked the hotel with free breakfast. Location and the room are perfectly okay and awesome except for the staff and the owner who managed and assist during our stay.

Great place to stay in Vigan”
Casa Rika is in a great location only a few blocks from the main street of tourism in the city, well within walking distance. Rooms are large, equipped with air conditioners and warm showers. Free breakfast provided. The hotel being close to Crisologo street there are may choices to for which for food and entertainment. TL;DR User recommended Room - Large A/C - Yes Showers - Hot Food - Many choices; Free breakfast WiFi - Available in rooms

    Quaint ”
Such a quaint hotel with a homey feel and great filipino decor. We were very comfortable in our room although the it got a bit noisy since we were on the street side. Bathroom needs a bit of updating though but otherwise we will stay here again.

    Poor Inn”
First it should not be considered as a hotel. It has poor room, the beddings are smelly and worned out. Be careful they will charged your extra young children age 12 a cost almost equivalent to the price of room., yet they didn't provide extra bed, mattresse or anything.

    disgusted”
so we arrived at 3am in the hotel and the receptionist was sleeping. we have to wake him up just to get us a room. when we get inside the room, there was no bath towel and we got to pay an extra 20php just to get ourselves a towel. one of the policies of the hotel is to keep quiet or maintain silence if its 10pm onwards however there were guests that were so loud just out of our room. no one even bothered to ask them to keep quiet as other guests were sleeping. very disappointed and disgusted ! we travelled from baguio to vigan and got so tired that we wanna get ourseves a pleasant rest. we then checked out at 11am and transferred to a hotel which is 400 more than what weve paid but got excellent customer experience.

Not worth your money. Very far from places to eat. I had to park across the street because there is no available space beside the hotel. The TV set in my room is placed in the side wall facing my left side. Linen needs replacement.

Ambiance for the whole place except the rooms are IG worthy. The room doesn't look clean. But the aircon worked well. They have very thin bedsheets that we used as blankets. Nevertheless, the only person outside in the reception are did not hesitate to provide us what we needed. In the morning we had our breakfast, they have a small serving yet I was full.

    Not really worth ”
The place is nice provided that you get the most expensive room, in which case you may have a better deal in another "heritage" place elsewhere. Staff is ok bit not particularly friendly. Breakfast is disappointing (only filipino actually). Location is a little outside from the main streets but 5 to 10 min walking distance. Not too bad.

Okay but not a recommended place to stay.”
We went to Vigan during the Palarong Pambansa since my sister was playing. We also stayed in Casa Rica since it's so cozy in the pictures online which felt like home & also just near Calle Crisologo. However, when we arrived the staff was not welcoming and they we're very strict with who stays in the place. I don't know but extra person cost Php 1,000.00 each! It was so expensive but we didn't have any choice since all the other places were fully booked. We also hated their free breakfast food. They said the breakfast will be ready by 6am- 8am also, they reminded us that there will be no free breakfast if we went down beyond 8am. So we woke up early for our breakfast, but our food was even late. Their front desk was their all-around. She even cleaned the room, prepared our food, and everything else. She was very busy that her service was awful. She cannot entertain all the guests requests and questions. Overall, the place was nice and cozy but i'm giving a thumbs down to everything!

    Great if you like mosquitos”
We arrived early and needed a room. The hotel insisted on an extra nights fee, which was Peso 3000, 50% more than our booked night. The room they gave us had no towels, only one bar of soap, air con was not really working , and the room was full of mosquitos. Reception was not helpful, and owner/manager could only offer to spray the room. We left and went elsewhere. We were lucky and found a much better hotel quite close. Even at the discounted rate advertised by Agoda, Casa Rica Hotel was more expensive, than much better hotels in Manila.
