Casa Rubin was perfect in location, price, and cleanliness. We also had free breakfast! 2 things that future guests should know, there isn't an elevator, so you may have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The second thing is how the shower was in the room. It's easy for the rest of thr bathroom floor to get wet. Is stay here again.

The location, the room, the cleanliness and most specially the FOOD. Location is really accesible and along the hiway so you can always use Gmaps or waze. But the food was recommended. I will surely stay again when going back to Duma. Keep it up!

Very convenient location”
The room was great, nothing to complain about. Ridiculously close to the Ceres bus terminal, and comfortably close walking distance to the downtown area (Bureau of Immigration, Lee Super Plaza, Tiangge (market), Holy Child Hospital, the boulevard etc.). Would stay again.

Unexpectedly Great”
The hotel was at a very good location. The value for money was definitely worth it. They have clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Their restaurant serves great food! Their entrees were good and desserts were the best! We'll stay here again if we get the chance to come back.

Exceptional”
Hotel room was modern, clean, great air con and everything working. Slightly noisy beside large road but didn't disturb sleep. There are motorcycle rental places walking distance from the hotel and many tricycles which go by. Food in the restaurant is typical filipino food. It tended to be rather oily and egg undercooked (not only yolk was half cooked, but even the egg whites were still raw - Please at least cook the egg until the whites are solid). McDonalds down the road is a great alternative for the breakfast and we ended up paying for breakfast there rather than having the free breakfast. The coffee was nice though. All in all, it was a great hotel though, modern, friendly staff, clean and spotless.

Confort near downtown Dumaguete ”
Good place to stay in Dumaguete, near Robinson mall, Ceres bus terminal, Rizal blvd, Lee plaza and many more. Room is very spacious with comfortable beds, great AC and wifi. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Love the interiors!”
The hotel is very near ceres bus terminal (for trips to Apo Island) and the dumaguete port (for trips to siquijor). It's also very accessible because jeeps also pass by the area. The interiors made use of a lot of wood and spanish-inspired decor... very very elegant, homey and charming. The rooms are big, bed is comfortable and the aircon was cold, they have not and cold showers. We stayed at the room directly facing the main road and we weren't bothered by the noise at all, in fact, we slept soundly. Thing to be improved is the reception area, the lady there hardly smiles. She should be more approachable and warm to guests. Other than that, I will definitely recommend this hotel.
