i reach about 11pm, i cant find the lobby, at last the security guard tell me where is it, its a security guard office, the guard tell me here is lobby, and the guard cant even to talk mandarin, malay or english...i waste my room money that day, i cant check in at last just waste the room money

3rd room which is for the single bed room without air cond, but never mention in the detail for review. Only write with air cond. Showing free wifi, but we stay for 3days without wifi, staff saying tmnet problem.

Good location, suggested the owner should refurnish (especially furnitures) since it has been 10years old building... should take more attention & effort on the cleanliness of the house because we found cockroaches in cabinets...Wi-Fi reception is good. Security surrounding should improve by management so travelers can stay comfortably...

A nice experience. quite resonably price and the rooms are very nice and clean. only a minor confusion during checkin because I did not read the booking confirmation properly that I missed out the owner's phone number. my overall stay is quite memorable one and I surely will stay there again. The unit have all the necessary facilities for a big family on a holiday. spacious, clean and comfortable.

The stay here actually not bad and quite clean. Before the stay I actually quite worry with the environment and the service there cause i saw a few bad comment on this apartment but different tenant on the deposit issue. Luckily this owner of the apartment provided good service and no deposit required. Satisfy and would recommended to other friends who wish to come to stay at this area.

Internet facility is very poor. Satellite TV is very very poor, no movies. only basic malaysia government TV program. KItchen is smelly, no room services. Bath room and shower cap is total of out. I can't even comment. The water drop is too little for taking bath. Very frustrating. The AC is not cool. I will definitely will stay in this room again honestly. Not value for money.
