Good location, poor facilities
Place was serene, good for meditation. Location was good, near food establishments. It was favorable since breakfast was delayed so we had to go out and order food outside. Phone was not working, reported it at the front desk but no action was taken. Parking was tight. No wi-fi in the room, as opposed to their advertisement. Wi-fi is not a deal breaker, false advertisement is.

Very good
The place is nice and elegant, rooms are spacious. The only problem is there is no restaurant nearby or even mini bar. There is a convenience store though accessible near the hotel. The location is a bit remote/hard to find. But staff are friendly and the place is ideal for events.

Room very stinky (smell rotten rat), bed linens and towels very old like rags.. Extremely disappoint
Extremely disappointed. Will never book in this hotel again. I booked in Deluxe Premier Room and their is only 1 bed and small expecting a queen bed. The room smelled very bad like rotten rat though they sprayed several times. The towels and bed linens very old like rags seems like a $30 motel per night but I paid around $70/night. I booked for two nights but only stayed for 1 night can't sleep and can't stand of the hotel rooms which located downstairs. Good thing the owner refunded us the 1 night, they should gave a free stay because it was terrible mess staying in their hotel.

A unique place
The hotel ia a true boutique hotel and all the furnitures are indeed fit fir the place. The hotel has nearby public transportation terminal and staff are all friendly. The room is spacious.

Tranquil Oasis in the City
The hotel itself is really beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. The pictures of the rooms really don't do this hotel justice. Even the standard room is really really nice. It really is a small oasis in the middle of a busy city. Just note that there is no restaurant at the hotel, however, they can order take-aways from a variety of places for you.

UNTIDY ROOM
hotel name, the facade
When we arrived at the hotel, i went to the front desk, stating my name booking id no. etc. i felt that they were not expecting us. then they told me to just wait and they will prepare my room (family room.) after 30 mins or more, they called us coz the room is now ready. when we entered the room, the floor is still wet, with hairs on the corners of the floor. the bunk beds had small hair cuts from a guy, maybe who stayed there. i felt that they didn't change the bedsheets, coz if they did i will not see any thing like that. the sink wasn't clean, there were still tooth paste left on the sink and they haven't wipe the sink area. and whats funny, they let us use the room without checking first the cleanliness and if nobody left anything. and unexpectedly, the person who stayed before us, left his shoes in the cabinet. OMG. the next day, i requested for a room service just to clean every corner and change the bedsheet. i stayed here with my 2 kids, my mom, 2 siblings and my yaya. we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. the name of the hotel may sound nice but i will not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel
Location wise, it was easy to find. The ambiance is cozy and their staffs are very welcoming.
Our stay was ok. The hotel and our room was nice, clean and cozy. However, for the room price, I hope they could have atleast offered simple breakfast.
