Great Hotel”
The hotel was perfect, we had a great room with the inter courtyard around us which was beautiful! Our room was clean and bright, wifi worked perfectly also. Loved the TUKTUK Bar and they had a good breakfast. Front deck people were very kind and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you find yourself heading to Budapest!

Fantastic Hotel”
35 min transfer from the airport, we were greeted warmly and quickly checked in. Room was on 1st floor and was huge. Clean, large bedroom, and huge bathroom. VERY comfy bed. Hotel is located within easy walk of most tourist destinations, and of you fire up Google Maps you will find your way around very easily. Breakfast buffet was great, fantastic choice with items that could be cooked to order. Staff - all very friendly, and taking time to chat. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Budapest.

It was my first time staying here in Casati Budapest Hotel - and I loved everything about it! The hotel staff, managers were warm and friendly! Fantastic customer service and service from the heart - I was surprised that a dessert platter with a bottle of champagne was prepared in my room as a birthday surprise! For other travellers, I hope my review helps you in your search for a hotel in Budapest. Its humble and avant garde, but the customer service is fantastic! Pleasantly surprised with the service”
Thank you to the people working at Casati - I was pleasantly surprised about the great service! Adam at the Reception and the staff of the restaurant and bar. I warmly recommend this place; 24/7 gym (small but fresh) and sauna. Nice greenery in the courtyard, which I had a view of from my room. Good breakfast selection. Very spacious rooms, equipped with espresso machine and kettle. Nice design of the whole hotel - and a great little bar!

Exceptional”
The entire staff was lovely and helpful. Location was great, breakfast was good and the Tuk Tuk bar was beyond my expectations. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially those traveling solo. It would be great having some speakers so one could listen to music in the room. There are no radio channels on the TV.

Wonderful stay at Casati Hotel”
I really enjoyed my four night stay at Casati Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel. As other reviewers have indicated, this really is an outstanding hotel in various respects. The rooms are large and comfortable, with very good attention to detail and nice decor; the breakfast was very tasty and accommodated various special diets (including gluten free, which I greatly appreciated). In particular, I thought the reception staff and their broader team were wonderful. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with my questions on the city, making travel arrangements etc. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did a great job in making me feel welcome and at home in Budapest. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Budapest!

Exceptional”
The perfect location to see Buda and Pest. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The taxi to and from the airport, arranged by the hotel for us with a .very pleasant driver...Josef. Thank you also to Mr. Gar who I corresponded with re our reservation and taxi pick up. He was very understanding re a little mix up with our collection time. Many thanks also Mr Gar for the bottle of bubbly that awaited us on our arrival...it was a lovely touch! We ate a very good breakfast every morning....Hot and cold....with egg dishes made to order. We had a very comfortable, clean room at a great price. Good quality toiliteries and a powerful, hot shower. Overall, Casati is a wonderful, boutique style hotel in the perfect location in a very beautiful city.

fair price with spacious room and warm service”
hotel is located on the very center of Budapest though a little away from the most nearby subway station to main railway station but very close to the national opera and several fancy wineries and restaurants. rooms are clean and minibar beverages' prices are fair also. complimentary breakfast makes another half star on value for money. one of the best options for staying in Budapest!

Up a quiet alleyway only 100 metres from the Opera House, Casati couldn't be more central. A well-trained staff, good breakfasts and a spacious clean room made everything work. This is a stylish, well-run hotel which won't stay at this price for too long, I imagine.

Great hotel in a very handy location”
this hotel was a great find for us. it is very close to the opera metro station, and can be easily reached from budapest bus station. most of the main sights are within walking distance, or reachable by a short metro or bus ride. the hotel is brand new, everything is spotless. interesting wall art, room decorations and furniture. excellent breakfast. very helpful staff. strong wifi signal. very reasonably priced. overall we were very happy with the hotel

Excellent location & value, modern with character”
Great hotel, very short stroll to Kazinczy Ut which has tons of great restaurants and cafes, and leads down to Szimpla Kert - ruinpub extraordinaire - and the Great Synagogue. Other way goes to Andrassy Ut - like an affordable Champs Elysses, try eating at Klassz if you're in the area. 2 mins to the metro (Line 1, beautiful old, fun, wasn't crowded at all) which takes you to the baths or downtown. Sauna in the basement was great, breakfast buffet was plenty good enough - nice eggs, sausage, and all the regular stuff. Our regular double room (1st floor) was huge, nicely designed, very comfortable. Great value for money. We also booked a 'junior suite' for parents which didn't seem any bigger at all, just had a little more furniture - was only a tiny bit more expensive however, so not a complaint...it's just that the double room was so good.

Excellent experience, front desk lady was most helpful. Giving very clear directions for all the signtseeing place as well as the restaurants. The hotel is in a very quiet yet close to everywhere location. Breakfast has a great variety. WiFi is fast and room is spacious. I have only good things to say about this hotel.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely hotel in the center of Pest. Close to the Opera and walking distance to many sights. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, our room was huge and clean... Trendy rooms in an authentic-feeling building with classic courtyard. Would definitely visit again!

Renovated nice hotel”
reception service was perfect. breakfast is good, but slightly poor. new designed renovated room, great shower. just one but was not enough of furniture if you have a lot of bags and there was no city views. the hotel is situated near the opera and metro station.
