Caspari Hotel

Dear Agoda, this hotel is located at the border between Negeri Sembilan and Malacca. The address of this hotel is in N. Sembilan although its very close to Alor Gajah (Malacca). Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is basically clean and nice... Basic hotel and there is a cafe at ground floor which opens till 9.30pm. Food at cafe is ok and priced reasonably however there's no one serving at the cafe especially in the afternoon. One time, i waited 5min and no one attended. Tamin is a boring town as everything closes down after 11pm. There's a 24 hour mamak nearby but nvr tried it. Nearby there's a 7/11. No toothbrush provided. Room is clean, aircond was good. Housekeeping was responsive. Women Receptionist was polite. Free outdoor parking. Nearby got Pizzahut, Oldtown. Generally I would recommend this hotel despite its a bit pricey for its basic room... Paid about RM136 a night.

Common hotel in Tampin, with simple basic room. Aircond a bit noisy, and not too cold, just so and so. Too soft pillow, and 'moving' bed. No toiletries, but have complimentary drink water. Overall, better hotel for this almost remote location, compare to others. And have wide space for parking area.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very cheap. Had an American breakfast that cost only RM5.00 (excl. drink). I will stay at this hotel again as and when I'm in Tampin provided I can get a room.

Price is too high compare to other small town hotel. Feel itchy after a night sleep, not clean the bed sheet. Room run out condition, need to maintenance A lot of parking lot Bathroom shower door can't close, water out and wet all the bathroom

The receptionist responded fast after i complaint the aircond is not cold enough, even they managed to come to my room to fix it (actually the aircond did not broke down, just need some time to make the room cold enough).. the room and toilet are clean,, can sleep comfortable at night, no bed bugs bite....

A very good and strategic located hotel. Based from the building, it is a new hotel. Near to 7e,24hours mamak, laundry ( great!!) and in the middle of the town. Easy to access. Decent parking space available ( this is very good if not you will need to but the parking coupon). The staff were friendly, the breakfast a bit expensive for the portion but delicious as well. Nice room, clean toilet, Wifi available, spacious bed ( deluxe queen ), only small window is able to open in the room ( not a big problem though ), value for money. Very close to the A Famosa. Highly recommended to stay here if your planning to go to A Famosa.

Conveniently located near eateries, & Watsons. Ample parking with security guard. Comfy & clean room with coffee making facility. Their cafe serves local & western food. We love their tasty fragrant nasi lemak & local dishes, and choices for breakfast.

Do bring along your own toiletries as hotel only offers shower cap and shower gel. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would be good if the management can consider providing more in-room amenities like mini-bar, hair-dryer, toothbrush and paste etc.

We had an excellent stay at Caspari Hotel Tampin, Melaka although we were a bit sceptical during our booking as it is difficult to get a genuine 3 Star Hotel service outside major cities. Caspari Hotel reflects a truly 3 Star Hotel in terms of price, services and facilities and we were happy throughout our stay. They have friendly service with a good and comfortable room [it would be much better if they can provide 4 pillows instead of the standard two]. The air-cond and hot shower are working well. It has plenty of natural light with wide windows. Surprisingly they have 13 good TV channels mostly unavailable at other 3 Star Hotels. In addition they provide 2 bottles of mineral water + coffee/Tea making facility. They could provide in-house breakfast at a very nominal price of RM 5.00 for set breakfast or ala carte as well as for lunch and dinner. However this service is interrupted when the hotel is booked for function as the dining hall is small to cater for larger numbers. The hotel has an elevator which is working well. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the facilities work well as it is a new hotel of 2 years old. We have no major complaint and personally would think it is truly reflective of its 3 Star status. Highly recommended!! easy go to a'famosa..just 5 minute driving..hotel was so clean..no need to worried no parking even you come back to hotel late night..banks, restaurant & 7e very near with the hotel.

I find the staff well trained and are very friendly. the room is certainly clean with nice lighting. Will go there again if i am in tampin... seriously if you are going to A Famosa the theme park you better just stay here.... serious...

Booked via agoda. The staff super friendly and helpfull. The room and facilities are value for money. Yes, staying here is better and way cheaper if you are going to A-Famosa resort. Gadek Hot Spring is another good spot. Surprisingly, after isyak (8pm) is the peak time. try to avoid that.

Love the location, shops were within walking dustance and ample parking lots. Breakfast was RM6 per person, simple wth 6 options. It was quite delicious with coffee or tea. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive to requests. However room was too basic, no fridge, no deco, only one pillow per person and bathroom was a bit gloomy, need brighter lighting.

Booked 3 rooms for work. When they found out we are from Singapore, they insisted we pay MR130.00 for tourist tax. Notice of this additional tax was never made known to us at time of booking. We had no choice but to pay it. It's simply not right.

The Hotel looks new after 4 years and the rooms and corridor were light up and clean. however the bathroom which is next to each other is very noisy, I almost jump up from my bed, as my neighbours were using the bathroom early hours, we can hear the water sound too loudly.

Strategic location in Tampin town with ample parking and easy access to banks, gov office, fast food restaurant i.e. Pizza Hut, cakes house, mosque, Maydin Mall, KTM Pulau Sebang station etc. It is also about 20 minute drive to AFamosa Resort and Malacca Premium Outlet and 30 minute to Simpang Ampat Exit / Toll to Plus Highway.

One hour distance drive to jonker street...
