Fantastic resort! Excellent value for money.”
We had initially thought of staying in patong, but due to the flood situation we decided to move to Bang Tao. This resort is situated at the Laguna , the area has got a super chill vibe, the market is about a km from the resort. It's got a lagoon in front of it with access to the beach and 3 infinity Pools all interlinked. The breakfast buffet was yumm! And the rooms super clean and top notch.

Study Trip to Phuket ”
Was there for a group study trip with 29 others. It was high season and we are staying at different hotel. I had to pay for my own accommodation and am happy that I pick to stay at Cassia. The check in was most stress free and easy. Staff at the reception was young, energetic, cheerful and in vibrant colour T. It makes all seems so bring and cheerful. I feel very welcome indeed My pick up from the airport was not successful, but seeing the happy cheerful face, it was not a big deal. After going to room to settle myself and change I came down again to enquiry about where to go for lunch. 3 of the reception catch my attention namely Day, Brooks and Mizda I even took a picture with them. Was recommended to take the shuttle to Boat Avenue and to call again after I am done back to hotel. Their recommendation was great and I really enjoy myself at Little Paris. Only book one night and because of the staff friendly attitude i extended another 2 night stay, which resulted in some minor issue as not able to tap into room and no wifi connection. All these issue was quickly resolved by Day. btw he speaks little Mandarin too, not perfect and he was shy about the languages. He was so sweet and because of the little issue he left a paper bag of small suprises for me. It was most sweet and thoughtful of this staff. Thru my chat with him he was new only about 2 weeks. I must say his service and action is not new and very heart warming to any tourist at any time. I will definately love to goes back again. If there should be any employer of the month, I would sure vote for him. Thank you once again for making my stay at Cassia to be so sweet and memorable .

Delivered more than expected.”
From the warm greeting on arrival, through the smiles throughout our stay, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had more than we expected for the price. The hotel and grounds were spotless clean. Our room was equipped with cooking facilities and dishes, however we did not cook, because the restaurant on premises was both good and moderately priced. Families with children would particularly enjoy the swimming pools and use of lagoon shuttle.

We have been staying at the Cassia for almost 2 weeks now. The amenities in the hotel and in the rooms are excellent. We appreciate all the thoughtful attention to details. Most impressive of all is the staff's attitude and the level of service, among the best I've seen in Thailand and anywhere. It makes all the difference! Everyone we've encountered here, from reception, to housekeeping, security, maintenance engineers, has been exceptionally courteous and helpful. Great vibes all around. Not to mention that the value for money factor is off the charts especially now when Thailand is still closed to visitors. It's been a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. We feel quite spoiled.

Cassia”
Cassia is a lovely place. Although not directly on the beach, it sits on the beautiful lagoon with a boat shuttle to the beach. Or you can walk to beach in 10 mins. You can walk to downtown Bang Tao in 20 mins or take the hotel shuttle. The rooms are lovely and large. Mine overlooked the main pool (there are three pools in total) and the lagoon; I could also see the ocean. The staff was helpful in every way. Because of Covid, low season and Ukraine, the hotel was quite empty which nice for me. I will definitely return.

We stayed in Cassia for the 7 night Sandbox program and it was perfect. The room was clean and well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for the Sandbox program or for a holiday. We will definitely stay again, it was unbelievable value for money too! Top Marks all round, cannot find one fault with the place.

“Amazing! I love it here!””
I lived in the Cassia Phuket between 22/9/2021 to 06/10/2021 turned out to be a surprisingly beautiful experience. The staffs were wonderful and helpful and the hotel was spotless. The rooms were very nice with all the facilities you need. The balcony view is excellent, you can see the pool, lake and the sunset on the beach. Recommend waterfront rooms. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Thanks to everyone at the Cassia, for your warm reception and hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket!

Outstanding Staff - very helpful. Great facilities. Gorgeous view. Although far from Old Town, it's easy to get to piers for island hopping. Shuttle to Patong is convenient. The beach across the lake is really nice. Highly recommend Cassia Hotel.

Great little spot”
Like a cross between a hotel and an apartment. We had a two bed which was very clean and had everything we needed. The place is brand new and there is a free shuttle bus to a larger hotel down the road where you can use the pool, gym and kid's club. The staff here were the friendliest I've come across in 12 years in Thailand and that says a lot!

Awesome stay”
Had an awesome stay at Cassia Phuket. The hotel's aesthetic, staff, and rooms were all lit. Location is great as well. There's a family mart nearby and a 10-15 minute-ish walk to Boat Avenue, or you can take their shuttle service for 50 Baht. The only downside is they don't have a gym. Stayed there for 4 nights and was itching to lift. 😔 But I'll still book here when I travel to Phuket again, no cap.

Safe and convenient place for family to stay in Phuket”
I love the view from room 517. From that room, you can see view from the lake to the beach and the sea. The vivid colors of the umbrella and newly painted wall near the edge pool make the photo taken more lively and beautiful. The hotel staffs always provide great service with big welcome smile. The room is clean, the hotel is near Central Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue.

Exceptional”
We enjoyed our stay at Cassia though breakfast could be better. Love the pool with lagoon view. Prefer to stay in this part of Phuket but better to rent a car to drive around. Staff are generally friendly. Didn’t use the kitchen as there are many nice cafe and eateries to try out.

Great hotel at superb location ”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of 3 with an older child. The design of the 60sqm room is ingenious! The location is great: wonderful view over the Laguna, only a few minutes (or a boat ride) walk to the beach, or a few minutes with a free hotel bicycle to the centre of town. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Only(small) minus for us was the breakfast, which is mostly adapted to Asian taste and offers pretty much the same every day. Finally, the best part is the very affordable price! We will certainly come again.

I love this place, from the ambiance to the staff, to the huge cheeseburger delivered from Laguna in the middle of the night on my whim, everything was perfect. The staff is all great and this place will always get first crack at my dollar whenever I am in the Phuket area. Also, if anyone is interested, the WiFi should be sufficient for your work needs, I was able to largely attend all my Zoom/Google Meets with no issues.
