Value for Money”
My first time having booked in this hotel. Value for money but the location is a little far from the airport. I think I am not just used with the road traffic that's why I find the location not quite accessible.
Fantastic Hotel ”
This is the best value 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff are professional and helpful, the hotel and rooms are overt clean, and the breakfast buffet is great value. I can highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers Brent
Location is sooo perfect as well as the food. Customer service is an A++ & would consider staying here once I get back to the queen city of the South. Kudos!
Great Place to Stay”
The room was actually BIG, amnesties were complete, and bed was the best! It was so comfortable. The air-conditioning was a little hot but it was tolerable. It has a korean convenience store downstairs, and Landers is about 700m, pretty much walking distance if you need supermarket. There are also tons of restaurants nearby, and Ayala Cebu is 1km walking distance too. We didn't use taxi much cause it was pretty traffic so we didn't find it practical at the time.
Its a very nice and clean hotel with good spacious rooms. I had 2 double beds on the 3rd floor. At the time of booking, it said I would have a room with a city view, but what I actually got was a room with a splendid unbroken view of the ducting from the aircon. I open the curtain and these huge metal ducts are right outside of the window. So although the room is very nice, it was spoilt by that and there was a lot of noise coming from the service staff who had their office next to the room. I can clearly hear them over the aircon, which is louder than an old jeepney ! Avoid room 333 if you decide to stay in this hotel.
Bad experience ”
No covered parking. Room service have charged. Staff is poor on customer service.
My new favorite hotel!”
I had an amazing stay! Great location, affordable price, old but well-maintained and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious with working hot rain shower, towels smell good, got a mini fridge, complete toiletries, and working wifi (freelancer here). The breakfast buffet was great! Love their dipping pool and bar where you can chill! The gym is a huge plus. Overall, I had a great time staying.
So pleasantly surprised on several levels about this hotel One the price is excellent for what's on offer Two the facilities are fabulous Food is excellent both in the restaurant and on the 9th floor bar
Very Good Experience”
I had a very good experience during my 5 night stay. The room was cleaned daily (except the 2nd day). The aircon worked enough to keep the room cool and comfortable. The shower had working hot water and the shower head was connected to a hose which was very nice. Fresh towels daily. Some other benefits to mention are that they had soap and shampoo in the shower, toothbrushes and bar soap, toilet paper but also a small hose by the toilet which is a very nice alternative to a tabo or bidet, and their breakfast was very good with options that changed slightly every day. I’m very happy with my stay and I’ll be returning to this same hotel on my next trip.
good location but disappointed service for luggage leaved.”
price are okay for stay and they have new and old wing much different between facilitys. convenient location to go many place. but while i go to short trip to boracay i asked them keep luggage for two night and i will rebook while.i back to cebu. then the staff ask me 500per day if two night......i never heard that 500 per night is really expensive. i had experience marco polo, radison, water front, hotel H, prince hotel, stella, so on they never asking money like castle peak. even philippineo friends they never heard that. how come do that? even i have book again.
Good but internet no good”
Staffs are friendly. Facilities are great. Network (smart, globe) and internet connection no good
The room has a nice view of the city so daylight made the room bright. The sufficient number of pin lights made the room bright at night. Plenty of hot water and complete set of toiletries (the toothbrushes are replaced everyday). The room is clean. WiFi signal is strong. Staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. The staff who checked us in even let us choose our room. The guards were always on their feet to call a taxi whenever we needed one. The waiters were respectful and attentive and so were the housekeeping staff. The hotel is near Ayala Shopping Center and the airport. Breakfast, though, has limited selection but satisfactory. I only had a slight problem with the limited number of sky cable channels and the not so white (but clean) linens which can be overlooked because of the many good points of the hotel.
Better than average hotel”
Pros: good location, accesible to transportation, near business district of cebu, restaurants ate just few walks away, their hotel resto food serves good breakfast nice staff. Cons: week wifi connection on the fifth floor... If you want to use wifi, you need to stay near the door of the hotel.
average hotel with friendly staff”
Quick check-in with nice lobby. The room was good, bathroom average. The staff were very friendly, also helped with taxi. I also wanted to go to swim in the pool but.... beside of being very very small, it was very dirty and I didn't even put my leg inside the water.
Pros: Front desk is very accomodating. Aircon and shower work well. Value for money. Still go back there in I have a chance Cons: i stayed in room 335 wifi didnt work well. During breakfast no available milk , you need to request it if you want.
The property was a little out of the way but was walking distance to Ayala mall and go kart ing Cebu so I guess just depends on what you like overall the apartment is very dated but they do keep th clean and breakfast is only 400p when ordered the night before it is buffet so we found there were enough options for us both

From Deluxe to Suite!”
Got my booking through Agoda for a deluxe room accomodation and found myself upgraded to a suite room! I had an amazing stay at about 60% discount!
