in my point of view this property is amazing and staff that managing that property are such a well trained and well polite with their words.. we during our stay noticed that everything that we need were available during our stay and we also took some help for such as taxi and other address conformation.. staff helped us so much regarding attractions and other activities… this property is in self showing the culture of sapa so after exploring sapa we explore this property 😊😊 and we found very calm atmosphere there.. there is a lady who manage and also understand english who helped us everytime when we asked her for.. so me and my wife gave a pet name ( Genie ) she is very smart and mark to her word. overall rating cleaning. 10/10 responsive 10/10 language understanding 10/10 washroom cleaness 10/10 atmosphere 10/10. One of my favourite places we stayed at on our trip around southeast Asia. The hotel is new and just absolutely gorgeous. There's beautiful art all around the hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was just stunning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and the view from the kitchen was so lovely. I would stay here over and over again.

Very convenient and staffs are very kind. The location is very near to the Sun plaza and walking distance to Church and Sapa lake. The view is also amazing. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with friendly staffs and spectacular view”
Spent 3 nights here. Got a free room upgrade (maybe because we stayed from midweek, at weekend, rooms are 100% filled). A hotel with most spectacular mountain view in Sapa. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My wife loves the roses planted here, while my kid enjoys playing in its spacious yards. One more thing, food is rather cheap in its restaurant (we had 3 meals there).

My husband and I stayed on the top floor, there is only an elevator to the 7th floor than you walk 3 floors. The staff doesn’t speak any English, but they did try to use google translate. But it was really just small thing that added up to a not that good of a stay; we had to slam our door shut or it wouldn’t close, the AC leaks into the bathroom so half the bathroom floor was wet all the time, the shower had poor drainage so we had to turn off the water half way through and wait for it to drain and then continue our shower, the walls are super thin, one day when we went to breakfast they closed early so there was only bread and no one is ever at the bar but when we ask when they open they said always. The only really great thing about the hotel was the location and the view.

The mountain view just outside my room(it's a shared balcony) was breathtaking! The room was also spacious and clean. If you have a luggage that's too heavy to manage, just tip the hotel staff after they help you out.

Amazing View, Very Helpful Staff”
A lot of hotels are with similar names and it is really difficult to find this hotel from the road. Easier to check for the serial number (46 Fansipan) while searching for it. The hotel looks amazing after we reach 7th floor by taking lift. The hotel staffs are very polite and check-in was swift. We wanted the higher floor rooms, so we were offered 9th floor rooms with great view. Please note that the lift only goes upto 7th floor. The hotel staff helped us to carry our suitcases. We had A/C with heating and cooling. The view from the room was really amazing and it makes it worth to spend money and stay in this hotel. All hotel staffs were smiling and polite while talking. There is small bar but guests were not using as it may need for branding and awareness about the items available. Room wifi was good. We requested for additional pillow for our baby, the house-keeping department immediately sent it to us. Breakfast was good but limited choice. The chef was making omlette and noodles as per order. There are few restaurants, shops, spa, etc. on the street outside the hotel. The hotel is at the Walking distance to the Fansipan tram station. Water in around 20 L jar are kept near the staircase. Bathroom was clean and modern. As it was difficult to get grab taxi, the reception staff helped us to book the taxi. All hotel staff helped to keep our luggage in the car. Super thank you for that help. Overall, amazing stay at this hotel. We will recommend this hotel and memorable stay and will definitely stay here again in future.

Room with view but share balcony. Water for free in room should be plastic bottles because glass bottle smell rubber on top. Bathroom smell not so good and water flooded outside. Please fix

The room was spacious, clean, bright. Panoramic room with balcony on 7th floor can see the nice mountain view. Breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful. 7 minutes walking distance to Sun Plaza station.

We stayed in the hotel's top floor for 2 days. It was a great stay and the hotel is very clean and beautiful. Just few steps away from city center. Very comfortable and cosy stay.

Good service staffs but we don't like our room view.”
Our room was on the third floor and the view was just a building with hanging clothes and underwear. The table at the balcony covered with dust and it's too dirty so we hadn't spent our time there. We heard the sound from the street and everywhere around our room all day and night. I got sick and couldn't sleep all night but the staff gave me some paracetamol pills, thank you.
