Everything about the place was just amazing and so beautiful. From the staff when we arrived welcoming us with a smile to the cleanliness of the whole establishment. We enjoyed every moment especially the jacuzzi lol. There are a lot of activities to do as well and the view of the mountains is just amazing. Will definitely be going back soon.

Me and my wife only had the 1 bedroom hotel room. It's a shame they don't have a fire or wood burner. All in all very clean and modern.

Best resort in Drakensberg”
Beautiful, modern rooms. Incredible views. The road to get there was extremely bad and uneven. Have to drive very slow which makes it inconvenient to travel to and from the resort.

Nice stay but needs to work on a few things”
Pros: 1. Cleanliness. Our room was clean and left spotless everyday when we came back 2. Views incredible 3. Lovely day at the dam with the waterpark. temperature of water was great 4. Nice activities around the complex, chess, trampoline, tennis Cons 1. Rooms need aircon! Fan just doesn't do it 2. Beds are too hard 3. Some staff were friendly and some not, need to work on that 4. Restaurant was disappointing, 2 out of 3 occasions we thought to send food back 5. The private road to Cayley is terrible! Huge potholes, whole sections of road missing for about 2 - 3 km. I was nervous to drive on that section every time. You have got to work on that else some people will be very angry about loosing sets of tyres. Same with the road to the dam as well

The Room Needs TLC”
The room we stayed in had a lot of dampness and mold on the walls which is very unhygienic. Other than that, everything else was very nice.

Poor customer service ”
Very disappointed with the fact that I requested a braai stand to braai outside my room ,for convenience sake. I was told they would send one. Then I recieved a call saying that all the braai stands were given out and that I must braai at the pool area , which doesn't have lighting at the braai stand. Then I was sent to the sales office area to braai which had poor lighting and was depressing. I would have preferred a braai stand outside the expensive room I booked for my comfort and convenience. I requested the next day at reception again for a braai stand and was told they don't have. None of the staff could be off assistance after two request at reception. I requested via email while staying at the resort and still haven't got a response up till now.

Great stuff. Special mention to Nonhlahla. Sarah, and Shile from reception. They're awesome. Also special mention to Sinidi, Thembi,Nozipho and Lindelani for holding us down at the restaurant. However. I don't like the breakfast voucher. It is limiting and I don't think I should be paying for part of my breakfast when I have paid so much money to stay here and when the place said breakfast included that means everything. Can't give me R40 voucher when breakfast meals cost more. Body Bliss Spa was wack. I've had better massages. Pool was dirty and when cleaned on the Monday it was not thoroughly cleaned. Either than that it's a great place to stay.
