Where to stay in CBD
CBD hotels & accommodations

Traveling to Singapore from West coast USA is 17 hours nonstop. My wife and I arrived in Singapore early and jet lagged and came to this hotel at around 0800 to drop off our luggage. We planned to grab breakfast around the area, as many restaurants and convenience stores were directly below the hotel. Then, the unexpected happened and the lovely staff was able to a...

It's been number of times i booked Carlton City Hotel Singapore for Staycation. Location was good just 5mins from Tanjong Pagar MRT station walk to the hotel. I booked 4 rooms & Email the hotel to request Interconnecting rooms & Rooms on the same floor. Hotel arranged the 4 rooms side by side its so convenient. Room numbers ( 916, 906, 910 & 912 is a Interconnectin...

Location is key. In the heart of the cbd and close to buses and train lines. Breakfast adequate but not particularly tasty. Nice coffee. WiFi a bit slow. Main issue would be the lack of universal electric outlets in the room. A little baffling for a business hotel.

Room is new, big and clean. Location is great! Walking distance to different attractions. Chinatown, Merlion Park, Clarke Quay, and famous hawker centres with yummy Singaporean cuisine. Room price in Singapore is not cheap in general so it definitely worth to pay a bit more to stay here!! Really enjoyed my stay this time and hope can be there again soon!

Being surrounded by 5-stars that cost around 3 times as much to stay in, I don't really see why anyone would choose to pay so much more for one of the other hotels. Great views (kudos for the "bench" by the window!), most helpful reception and concierge staff, very nice swimming pool (though there was a slight issue with regards to following the rules there on the gues...

Scarlet hotel projected a vintage but fashioned style for my first impression, the feeling was strong for their reception area. It was surprising that they provided customer with a welcomed drink. Although they could not provide executive room with windows to me in time, friendly staff - Leslie suggested and upgraded my room to Premium. The room was tiny and even m...

Awesome service as i left my passport in the room after check out. They emailed me regarding my left item. Haryani n team who work on that particular day 19 and 20 oct the whole team from front dest to bell boy to room service . Will come again for my next stay

I’ve stayed at several boutique hotels in Singapore but nothing compared to Ann Siang House. The best part is the unit is so big! I booked Deluxe room and it was almost twice a size of any usual deluxe room in Singapore (even bigger than much more expensive Park Royal’s room). I love all small details in Ann Sianh House, from the tastefully designed furniture to ambien...

The place literally stunned us. Even though its position is between many skyscrapers and there’s no open view (at least from our window), rooms were spacious and absolutely comfortable. To be honest, we were not expecting this degree of cleanliness. We also tried some items for breakfast, with a good choice of delicious options. The place is walking distance from Marin...

I booked a deluxe room at the new Oasia Hotel for a small break from our routine here in Singapore. I've watched the building go up and I was curious as to what the inside looked like, and was also intrigued by the hotel's "club". Overall it was a 4 star experience - here's what I liked and what could be improved. The good: The staff were perfect and were kind enough ...

The complimentary cocktail upon check in was great. The Airport transfer was indeed very appreciated. The complimentary food and drinks were the best. Most of all, the whole staff was so wonderful. I can’t think of any flaw nor comment. The hotel set a very high standard in all aspects- and I mean it. Thank you so much!

The Scarlet Singapore Hotel is notable due to service and location. The staff is superb, helpful, professional, and personable - each and every one of them. Our room was equipped with a device called Handy that is a phone and sort of electronic concierge. We researched places to visit and restaurants. We booked tickets at much lower prices than other sites. It was so...

Having stayed in W Hotel Sentosa for two nights before moving to AMOY, this new hotel built on a heritage site is a refreshing experience. Away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to people whom are bored of standard and common hotels. Location is very good. Sofitel is my favourite hotel worldwide and this new property did not let me down. The room is luxurious and comfortable . The staffs there were Super friendly and made us feel like home !
