The staff are accommodating and there receptionist waited for our arrival at 2am. They changed our room from private room to shared room although they called us morning of our check in. The place is old and needs some renovation. No hot water and the towel looks like a rug already. If you are planning for a night stay maybe you can consider this hostel and surely the staff will help you with all your need.

FO was accommodating, when I checked in, rooms is out of order because of aircon functionality is off. I was transferred to sister company, room is spacious as it’s good for 4 pax, which I really like however during night time aircon is not cooling which I end up to almost fan room. I thank the staff initiative of transferring me out.

It was just an overnight stay, room was nice and clean but the restroom is bad on our room.”
Smelly water running on the floor of the CR when we started using it in the morning, we didn't bother to complain to the desk since we are almost about to check out. Although the room was clean we felt like it wasn't ready for occupancy. When we arrived there was no cable TV, only towel for 2, no toiletries, no WIFI as advertised. Still a good stay since the receptionist and the helper was very nice and accomodating.

If you're traveling with minimal budget stay here, but if you have enough budget find a better one. Me and my family stayed in room 204 today of 3 days. Every night I renewed my booking. Cons. The CR drain is not working, the toilet bowl flush is so slow. Smelly comfort room. Dirty window view. You can't use the elevator. Pros. Near everywhere. The air conditioning is so cool.

The hotel is really a budget hotel. You can save if you are together with your familt but with regards to facilities I will not recommend them to others. First, only towels are provided. No soap, shampoo or disposable toothbrush found in the room. No elevator, you may use the stairs if you are in the 3rd floor.

Hotel is Impossible to Find”
Their pin in Google Maps is wrong, the number posted is always out of service. Took 3 hours of circling around and around and we couldn't find the place. We were ready to book elsewhere and we found out (PURELY BY CHANCE) that the actual hotel is about 20 mins. away.

Not clear/transparent enough!”
I emailed them one week before my booking schedule, I requested for an early check-in but they did not even respond. When I got there I arrived around 6:30AM my room is not yet prepared because they said that the check-in time is 2:00PM so they didn't even care to read my email. And there was an additional charge that comes along with it that is more than half of the room price. The room is just plain and average the shower room is so small and the sink clogged. Definitely not worth my time and money!
