Nice and Neat”
It's a quiet place to relax. Just few hours from Cebu City. Polite staff, spacious room, good food ( the restaurant closes early though, so you have to order your dinner in advance). Restaurant food price is reasonable. Good thing is you can bring your own food or buy some from the nearby market. However you are not allowed to cook. Overall, it was a good and memorable stay.
The property is not well maintained. The swimming pools are dirty. ”
The water in the shower is salty. Rooms are not well cleaned.
Nice, we had a good time staying in there”
Food-quite expensive but still good
Brownout during our stay and no extra generator set because the staff said its broken. Good thing the brownout didn't last really really long. Overall we had a great time. Pool is very nice.
Staff helpful, nice location and beautiful.”
Good location to relax time, beautiful view.
Highly recommended resort. It's the best place to stay in Boljoon. Room facilities are all working and clean. We had a great beach view in our room. Resort staff are all accommodating. They served great food. Pool was awesome. Beach ambiance was amazing.
Nice & Beautiful Place - Very Accommodating Staffs”
The room is quite spacious with simple inclusions ornaments - with its own comfort room. There's a small table with chairs outside for some breather and out-of-the-room relaxation. The room we had is very near the pool (a walk for around a minute or two). The beach is not really that great (which is expected with the sea in Boljoon) but their pools is really nice, very picturesque and inviting. The food in their resto is really great, not that pricey but not cheap - just worth of what it is. Really appreciate the staffs (especially in the resto) for being very accomomdating. The location is literally along the highway. The entire area of the resort is really big and there are lots of good angles for photo-taking there. The only concern I had was the water (in the pool, in the room's CR and in the shower areas near the pool) are li'l bit salty. As usual, when we look for accommodations, we always look for availability of food within the area, clean comfort room and good parking area.
Nice Hotel in the Southern Part of Cebu”
Of all the resorts in the South it’s the most decent place to stay. It’s 20 minutes ride from Butanding Whale watching.
It's too expensive for nothing, very low level of "club resort". Poorly maintained. ”
We preferred a casita room because the cheaper room (38€/night) looked unclean, too simple and old. We paid for 2 nights 128 euro and for this money we didn't get even cups for water, hand towels, toiletries, slippers and other "resort" facilities. We looked for peacefull place out of town to relax. Receptionist presented to us two types of room which better has TV. But we got singing and yelling staff at 6.0am and day using noisy locals comming for party at 7.00am, TV with low satelite signal, unclean fridge, broken mirror, mangy walls, , no internet in room just in public places and even this was useless, rusted lock from door, no daily cleaning, no private beach (just the rocks and high, slicky steps into sea). They should either improove and update or lower the prices. It look like they live from day users and occasionals guests. Absolutely no value for the money. They pretend to be a "club resort" even don't know what that's mean.
Great Getaway ”
We stayed here for 1 night to relax and get away from the city. It was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a great little resort that's very straight forward. The rooms are nice with good beds. The bar and restaurant are pleasant to sit and the food is good. I believe the kitchen is a bit understaffed cause they only serve 1 table at the time, but they were honest about it and we were willing to wait. Had a great time there and we will definitely go back. The only problem was the sun beds by the big pool that are made of wood and don't have any pillows in them so they were hard to sit on. Everything else was great and we had a good time.
Very isolated, but beautiful pools, and room. Staff were amazing , particularly Jess and Ann.
The older section needs updating, as well there's no security so we had uninvited guest wake us up at 3:45AM.
You get what you pay for”
We stayed for 1 night only, and at a very cheap and discounted rate. I liked the food and staff was very kind! But you get what you pay for. The room could definitely need renovation. It had this old/weird smell upon entering. Almost no water pressure in the shower and the water tastes very salty. Didn’t feel fresh after the shower. The facilities are okay though. Pool looked nice, and restaurant had a very beachy feel, although the beach is near, you can’t really swim.
The place was very nice and very peaceful. The staffs were very welcoming and food in the restaurant is affordable. The only con is that the water in the cr and pool is salty.
Location was difficult in regards to transport, to do activities it’s easier to stay in oslob”
Usually when you book a activity and you book through the hotel you pay extra, because of this you expect the service to be trustworthy as ofcourse it is done through the hotel. We got ripped off by the driver who was meant to be our guide, usually we won’t trust anyone in regards to payment but ofcourse the hotel booked our guide not expecting him to rip us off. When we got back to the hotel we expressed our concerns they were also shocked at what had happen and called up the company who said they are sorry and will refund a quarter of the payment! They are meant to refund the whole amount as this should not have happen in the first place. We eft without receiving a refund. Not happy with club med should take care of thier customers and thier concerns especially not allow a company that they go through to rip off thier customers. The room was full of ants and spiders.
It was okay.”
The resort is nice but I didn't like that the water in the shower is sea water. Also, the day when we were about to check out, I was shampooing and suddenly the water from the shower stopped. I had to wait for a few minutes until the water comes back.
basic resort without any surprises”
Basic resort, shoreline has no fine sand but rocks, price is a little bit overpriced since my accommodation does not include free breakfast despite paying Php3,600. But a good location for the whale shark watching which will take around 30 minutes ride by bus.
Haven after a long drive”
I suggest this place to shy away from the hustles of the city life. I suggest further to book not just for a day, 2 nights atleast, to give you ample time to rest and relax for the long travel as it is situated farther south.
Issue with booking but stay was good. ”
We booked through Agoda and booked the Casita (we preferred to have a TV in the room) when we got there the staff told us that our booking was incorrect and for the price that we pay we have a row type room with no TV. They could not contact Agoda (the in charge was not in the resort) so instead we just booked another room that was available with TV and paid extra. I hope they coordinate more with Agoda so customers are not deceived with the offers/rate. Aside from that incident, our stay was good. It was our second time in that resort. Staff is friendly and I love the place because of its quiet and laid back atmosphere. We also went freediving and saw a lots of fishes like tangs, anemonefish, damselfishes and a moray eel. As for the food, we love their pizza! We made sure to order every stay.
Padarise in the South of Cebu”
Our visit to Cebu was all well and it was made more pleasant and left us with beautiful memories with the exception service we receivedby the staffs who accomodated to our requests. The place was nice and food served are delicious too.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms!
