This place ia bang for the buck!”

Usually, people will recommend you to book near the town for convenience since it’s near from shops, restaurants, and bars but it’s also expensive crowded and a noisy place. Realistically, you will just come to town twice in a day (when you will go for island tour the whole day, and go to bars or shop at night) So I highly recommend booking away from town because it is less expensive and very quiet - you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation. I highly recommend CED Villas since the place is very clean, peaceful, the staff is very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely go back to this place.

Good service and clean rooms”

CED villas were clean and the gardens were really lovely. The service was great and they provided breakfast every morning on the balcony. Although the location is out from the city CED villas provided transport to the city once a day and a tricycle back was cheap. Thanks!

Nice people looking after the place”

We were there 4 nites, the most remarcable thing was the staff, always with a smile in their face, very flexible and helpful any time. They will give you a lift in case that you need it, we wanted to rent a motorbike and one of the guys brought us to a rental place in El Nido. Electric hot water, clean cottage and very confortable bed in the middle of the "jungle"! I couldnt ask for more taking in consideration where you are. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something quite but only a 15mins by motorbike from El nido town and less than 10mins from Las Cabanas beach.

Nice quiet villas outside of town”

A small 'resort' about a 15 minute walk from one of the better beaches in El Nido area (Marymegmeg beach). The room was nice, the bed was big and they provide a mosquito net. A/C and hot water in the shower was nice as well. Room was a bit dark as not all the lights were working and there weren't many windows. Poor cell phone reception though that's not the fault of the hotel, it's a regional problem. The villa is outside of El Nido town, so if you need to get there you can take advantage of the one free return tricycle ride. Staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful, helping us with anything we needed. Special thanks to Betty, Rinilene and Romi for their exceptional service.

Staff were lovely ”

We stayed for 3 nights as we explored El Nido and were out all day exploring/ on tours. I have to say, the staff really make this one. The main woman was incredibly sharp and helped us with all our bookings for tours and transport. We felt taken care of like it was our own Mum! Haha. The main younger guy was also so lovely and helpful, always. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying - pancakes, eggs, banana and some honey. Rooms are basic and small but that is what you pay for. Nice supply of beers to buy from the fridge - we enjoyed that after our busy days of exploring. Thanks so much!

Our rooms were not available upon arrival ”

My experience with CED Villas was NOT GOOD. First of all, our expected room for the first day was not available because it was given to another guests. Instead of giving us the room we booked we were offered two different Villas. We we're disappointed since I am with my partner and two other friends(girl and boy) which is not good to let them share one villa since both of them were complete strangers. We arrived at the place late in the afternoon so we have to cancel the booking and look for another place to stay. The place has a service car but they didn't even bother to transport us to the main road. Imagine the hassle. Second, staffs are not friendly and welcoming. Third, the place is away from the City Proper so we have to pay 200 per tricycle just to get to the city proper. You'll save a lot of money and time if you just book near City Proper. The only good about this place is their breakfast which is served at the balcony of your Villa.

Very good”

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we got the worst of all villas. It seems like the squeezed one more villa in the last corner of the property. Right next to our cottage there was a fence to the neighbor. It was covered with plastic - to fight the smell of his chicken (the rooster will wake you up every morning - but that's something you have everywhere). In the villa an electric air refresher was running and we even got an additional spray bottle. The good thing: you get used to it after some time in the room. And are surprised every time you come back home. The bad thing: when you unpack your bag at another place you always remember (and smell) how it was... Everyone was really nice - but try to not get villa 12. The others should be better (can't promise)

Not as expected”

Looked really cute on photos but rooms were so poorly lit and condensation on walls, only received one free shuttle yet advertised that they were regular to and from the centre. Spent £6 per day on trikes as they are 200p a trip, staff tried to helpful but got a lot of things wrong (organised a birthday cake that never arrived/transfer to airport in the morning was never even organized) Shame as we had high expectations on previous reviews if looking to stay in El Nido find somewhere closer to centre

Not a good experience ...”

Not a good stay. The Vilas are beautiful and the garden too. Unfortunately we had many problems: - the girls at reception are lazy and always watching a loud TV - the room was clean...except one day they forgot to clean it - we got a towel with a big hole - there are animals living between the ceiling and the roof, we don't know if are rats or birds. But the made some noise during the nights (4 nights) - the breakfast is always the same (1 pancake, 1 egg and a banana). Just one day we had it warm on the others day was cold - the flush was with problems and all the time we need to fix it after use It's a pity because the villas are beautiful and comfy.

Lack of education from the staff”

The Villa in general is cozy and nice. The street for arrive is narrow and is difficult to get. We arrive during the night and some dogs follow us barkling. The worst thing of this place is definitely, the staff. The day we left the hotel we come back for doing an online exam with the wifi of the place (was impossible to find a bar/restaurant)and they cut the wifi off and left us without the possibility of doing the exam because "there wasn't wifi for everybody" This behaviour shouldn't be beared.

Not what we expected. Very disappointing.”

The feel of the place is cozy 'coz of the kinda nature set up. But it's a small place. The room we rented has an aircon but we BARELY use it. As in, we only got the chance to use it for let's say 1hr or so (during midnight). The generator couldn't hold it. Very bad. Not advisable. Loss of money. Another one, the resort is like in the hidden place (which is literally true). You have to do a 10-minute walk from the gate to the main road and the pavement is rough road. Usually, the tricycle fare is Php150 per transport but since it is that far we were asked for Php200 by the driver. But, in fairness, they have a service car which can be used once a day (back and forth). The food serving is plated and literally good for 1 person (3pcs of sliced bread, jam, 3 slices of ham, scramble egg, banana). Their water has a distinct smell like it's from a deep well. Bad signal. Very low internet connection. The price for their room is overrated/not suitable for what they are offering.
