Nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff”
Booked last minute after our train was cancelled. Close to airport and staff ordered a taxi for us (£8) to get there. Comfortable room and nice bar. Would stay again if we fly from Cardiff airport (soooo not in Cardiff!!!!!)

I was only there for 2 nights, Friday & Saturday (21 & 22 April) The room was clean, and the bed was clean, with a medium mattress, (hard to comment on a bed as some like a firm mattress, some like soft). The staff members I did talk to were polite and helpful The Bar / dining room was clean with a well stocked bar, though it was a little expensive. I can’t comment on the meals there, as I didn’t dine there, however the kitchen is only open from 18:00 - 21:00, so for a late tea or snack there are several places where you can order and have it delivered. As for finding the motel, I found that the hardest part. Don’t expect to enter postcode in sat nav to find it. Once you do find the motel, get the location marked in sat nav and you’ll be fine.

Room smells of damp hits you as soon as you walk in, towel rails hanging off the wall, decor needs to be updated in room, cracks everywhere in bathroom and around windows, staff there especially Janet is absolutely amazing and would do anything for anyone

The hotel has not fully opened. No room service. Restaurant not open. Breakfast served to the room consisted of bacon and sausage roll fruit and fruit juice. Just had to call reception they would bring to the room. The bar was open but not fully staffed. The reception would double up and serve at the bar. Food could be ordered in from a takeaway and delivered to the hotel. The staff allowed the use of the restaurant to eat our takeaway meal. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room clean and tidy room. No air conditioning but a fan provided in the room.

Lady on reception/bar was helpful and friendly. Not far from airport, busses run past regularly or a 15min walk. The bar/restaurant area was a nice place to chill and chat to others. Would stay again!
