The check-in was delayed for almost 2 hours after the standard check-in timing as the room was not ready. No attention and follow up actions other than asking us to wait for another half an hour. Staff could be be more proactive to provide updates on waiting time and inform us when the room was ready. Apart from this, the stay was good.

Great stay
The hotel location was good. Night market was just around the corner. Hotel was near all shopping mall, less than 5 minutes of walk. The room was clean. The only set back was the room air-con. We are unable to adjust the temperature. It is always at 18 deg, no matter how high you increase. Have informed the staff, but still the same.
