Friendly Staff and Fantastic Service
Very friendly staff, no problems on communication. They tidied our room very well everyday. Room is very bright and not small. Small marks deducted due to the location. This hotel is close to Airport express station (which is good) but it is quite far from BTS Chit Lom, if you are going to take BTS a lot of time then you have to prepare for the long walk / you have to pay more to interchange between Airport line and BTS. Overall, it is great!

Great place to check in as it is one of the newest and value for money hotel. The location was good as it is around the shopping area pratunam. The massage pallar below is rather disappointing but you just need to walk 10 min to the massage pallar at center point to get a good massage every night. The con would be. The hotel is sitting right above a shopping complex but during night time when it is raining the complex main door will be shut thus forcing you to take the unsheltered walk way to the hotel lobby where that road is uneven and has many puddle of water which is unhygienic as the puddle of water are usually black and sticky.

clean and modern place. staff is very friendly and helpful. they always greet you with a warm smile. place is very near pratunam market and big c and central world. there are lots of massage centre just beside the hotel. will come again

Stayed here the second time. This time the toilet was slightly rusty at some edges and corner. Overall the room is still v clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the bell boys were very helpful.
