Idyllic view with a very homely ambiance”
we stayed overnight last november 28, 2015. we requested for an early check in since we were scheduled to arrive at around 7am so as to maximize our time in El Nido. arrived there at 8am for a quick change and then we were off to our island hopping tour. when i was searching for our accommodation in el nido, i had my parents in mind. so then it is important that the place should be quiet and also with a great view since who knows when will be our next visit to El Nido so might as well enjoy the stunning view as much as we can. and all throughout, Centeno Inn met our expectations and more. although it was a bit pricey compared to the more affordable ones found in the town proper, it was still worth it not only because of the view, but also for the exclusivity of having the place to your own since they only have four rooms. we occupied two of their rooms and we were the only ones there, so i was spared from any complaints from my parents :D the owners were also very much warm and accommodating, they made us feel like we were there to visit old friends. they have that homely feel with the way they handle their guests and for us that goes a long way. thank you to centeno inn for welcoming us warmly, hope to be back again soon, God bless!

Excellent”
The place is located in Corong-Corong, the quiet side of El Nido. Our stay was very comfortable as the place is very clean and that there were both fan and airconditioner in the room for the hot weather. The staff were very accommodating to us and our needs as well. Overall, if you are looking for some simple place with bed and breakfast, I would recommend in staying here in Centeno Inn. Tip: If you are travelling solo or by twos, you might want to consider hiring a motorcycle as the tricycle drivers charges way too high for foreigners and even to non-locals of El Nido.

The perfect and one of a kind experience you can not miss”
The location is perfect. The views sensational! The breakfast is delicious. The staff are welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. I stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. It's outside of town yet not far by tricycle. It is walking distance to Las Cabanas which is the best beach to relax and enjoy. You need to stay here as you will enjoy all El Nido has to offer by being in this location and even a walk into town is a fabulous experience. I highly recommend this resort and would happily come back and stay. Sincerely, Hayley Gravener

Lovely stay off season right at coron coron beach.. best vallue for money”
We stayed 5 nights. Very lovely people running the place; helping organizing motorbikes, picking up a shade we forgot in puerto princessa from a driver and they would have organised also tours and more. The view at breakfast is stunning and the rooms are clean, hot water and aircon. I think you dont find a better place for the vallue in el nido! Very happy with our stay and i would recommend this place to everybody who want to have a great stay in the coron coron bay area with the best view for sunset and breakfast. The only thing not perfect was the breakfast which is good but very basic. But you cant get everything for that money i guess..

Nice place to stay”
Owners were accommodating, staff was friendly, the room we got had a really good view of the beach and the beautiful El Nido sunset. The beachfront isn't for swimming but it's ok, the island-hopping tours made up for it anyway. Just a suggestion to have the mattresses checked once in a while, I guess. Got bitten by bed bugs on our last day. But will definitely still consider staying here when I plan to go back to El Nido.

Great Location but more options in this area”
Good location in Corong Corong, El Nido if you prefer a more quiet and cleaner place away from the Town proper. Service is good, room and common areas clean, sunset view, some places can be walked from the beach. Pros: sunset view; to the left is Las Cabañas beach (15mins. walk in the beach going to the left); to the right are some nice bars like Outpost, Republica; quiet, breakfast is served, the girls (staff) are friendly and attentive Cons: the double lock from inside the room is so difficult to lock and unlock - needs replacing; the old guy in the front desk is confused and unfriendly; the road going down the place is not cemented so it is difficult with your luggage.

Nice hidden spot”
We only spent one day here and it was the perfect place to watch the El Nido sunset on the first night. It's about halfway between El Nido town and Los Cabanas, and so it is not in the middle of everything, but the staff are sweet and so helpful. There are a few restaurants down the street, but before you can get to the main street you have to walk up a dirt road, (there are no lights and can be very bad to get up and down if it rains). Our diver could not get down the road, so be prepared to walk down with your things. If you have backpacks, it's fine (without the rain). But it's a lovely spot and one I'd stay at again!

Beautiful view”
If you want a waterfront view without having to stay right in El Nido, this is a great choice. There is a dirt road you have to walk down to get from the main road to the hotel, but it's not far at all. I appreciated this distance from the main road, as it meant I could not hear traffic. Room was small but comfortable and clean. There is a deck overlooking the water where you can watch an absolutely spectacular sunset while you. AC and hot water worked well, and it was relatively quiet at night. Bed was quite comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Not what I expected”
I think I clicked on the wrong thing when I was booking this hotel. I thought it was a new hotel in the town. The hotel is far from new and the last one at the far end of the beach. The rooms are small with scarcely enough room for the bed. Although the inn advertises it has internet, the internet does not work. Cenenno Inn is a small, family run hotel with only 4 rooms, all of them directly on the 'beach'. The view of El Nido is magnificent but unfortunately a very large tree blocks the view. The young lady who does most of the work is friendly and makes a tasty breakfast. The bacon is delicious. There was construction going on right next to my room. After listening to power tools for several hours I complained and was moved to a room upstairs. From this room, the tree blocked my view. There is never anyone at the reception desk so if you want help you have to go to the front door of their home and yell. This hotel is not what I had expected. It was alright but I would not stay here again.

Great view and great staff”
The view is amazing, just open your door and see paradise. Staff are very friendly and curious. You have a resturant in hotel next door, and sari-sari (convenient store) also few meters away. One thing to improve on: owners, please spray pesticide for ants. As they want to crawl everywhere in the bathroom. Which leads to ants coming to main living quarters. Otherwise everything is great. Daily breakfast with options.

Very nice hotel in a quiet place with an amazing view”
Silent at night, amazing view in the morning and during sunset. 10 minutes distance from El nido town by tricycle, only 50php one way, good breakfast. Very friendly staff but if you book a tour here just be sure what includes.

Homey vacation house”
Room size is just right..complete with the basics - tv, hot shower, bed, breakfast. A bit far from the center of the city. But if you like peace and quiet and just enjoy sea breeze while sitting on your lanai, then Centeno Inn is right for you!

Road to property is unpaved. Not enough room for 3 adults. No separate shower. ”
The only positives are that the back of the hotel is a perfect setting to capture the most beautiful sunset of El Nido with unobstructed view of the mountain and that the proprietors are nice. However, the negatives are that you are unable to contact the hotel as they have no phone. Your point of contact will be with an agent in Manila — ridiculous considering that the inn is in El Nido. The second negative is that the very small bathroom is really a half bathroom with a shower attachment on one of the walls — no separate shower area. We were cramped in the small room, thinking we were booking a twin and double bed room. It’s a small room just large enough for a full bed with a twin cot set up. Extremely small for three adults. I would have expected more after spending about $60/night considering what that will get you at Puerto Princesa or Coron. The downward sloping road to the inn is an unpaved dirt road, which is not maintained to allow vans or cars to drive on.

Average... good for ppl on a budget”
Free breakfast is free breakfast but dont get too excited Small room but view makes up for it. Breakfast brought to your room each morning which was great. Not a swimming beach but very close to a great one . Few good places to eat and drink close by, not in el nido but corong corong which is 5 to 10 min from elnido. Was enjoyable stay but basic

Disappointing”
Very difficult to get to hotel from main road, on a very muddy dirt track.Room small and no wardrobe or cupboard for cloths, right on the sea, nice views but not on a swimming beach.Breakfast ok but small.A long way out of El-Nido town so you need to use a motorbike,i think its better to pay more money and stay in the town.

The room is decent although they don’t do cleaning everyday even we put the cleaning sign outside the door we came back from the tour the room still sandy..free breakfast! Worth the money.

Very relaxing”
We booked 3 out of the 4 rooms so be basically have the place to ourselves. The place is near the city and far enough for a quiter and relaxing night. Had a nice view of the beach. Staff is friendly and very helpful when we needed something. The beach is not recommended for swimming but if walk a short distance to the left and right you'll find nice spot for you to swim.
