Great location, 4th floor quieter”
I selected the Center Point Plaza Hotel due to its convenient location in the heart of Khaosan Road where I picked up transportation early the next morning. Any hotel or guesthouse in this area is going to have noise issues until 2am or so, but the 4th floor room I stayed in was not so bad. I could hear music from the live music in the bar on the front of the 3rd floor, but I did not need ear plugs to sleep, and I am a light sleeper. Location is great, although you will need to walk a short distance down a covered shopping alley to get to the lobby and there is no elevator for those with luggage. Other reviewers have complained about staff trying to keep 500 THB deposits for various reasons, but I had no such trouble, spoke respectfully to the staff, and got the entire deposit back when I returned the room key. Room itself was only in so-so condition: TV audio did not work, WiFi was not reliable, and the bathroom door did not shut correctly. Still, for one night at this price, it was adequate.

Good value , great location, clean”
I was in Bangkok for 10 days and i really enjoyed this hotel. Its clean, and the staff were friendly enough ( since they are not talked in English that much ) . I stayed at 2nd floor and they will clean up our room by the morning time and it was really safe. At 3rd floor, they had their own bar which awesome. There will always a live music every single day . There is no breakfast service or pick up airport but its not really big problem because the location it self is the centre from every public's store.

The place is located on the KhaoSan street. I slept at 2am, so noise was not an issue, quiet satisfied with everything. An advice to the management, Please put a sign as its not easy to find the hotel-at all

Comfort at the center of busyness”
In a scale of 1 to 10 I say it is at 7; our stay was great not only in terms of comfort but location as well. Though Khao San Road is a busy place particularly at night, but this hotel is a great place to stay whenever one wants to visit the Grand Palace and Khao San Road among other tourist attractions in Bangkok. However, I wish that there be more electrical outlets to be provided and more tv channels to choose from.

Small, noisy but okay price. staff was good, no A/C or shower issues, they worked fine. 4th. floor. no lift, room was clean, right in the middle of the Khaosan Road so plenty of places to eat and drink. If you like the party ambiance you'll like the room.

great choice if you want to be right on khaosan”
notthing but good things to say about this place really - the rooms were really clean, in-room wifi was quite fast (most of the time), there was a tv but cnn was the only english channel (no biggie). location wise, it's right on khao san road so if that's what you want it's perfect. some nights it would get a little loud (nothing too bad, but we were towards the back of the hotel) but it usually settled down by 11-12.

Great location in the middle of the Khao San Road. Room was pretty small but was top notch all the same. Comfy bed, hot shower, good TV, friendly staff What more could you want for the price???? Maybe a fridge!

Khosan Road Crashpad”
Typical Khaosan Road crashpad. The room is fairly clean, the location is right on Khaosan Road and a bit noisy but that's what your looking for if you are staying on the famous bar street anyways. Bar on the third floor was busy and a good place for live music and to meet people. All in all nothing fancy but definitely serviceable for a night in Bangkok.

Good value basic hotel in an excellent location.”
This is a very basic hotel but it was clean, friendly and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The location is excellent but it can be a little noisy at night due to being right in the middle of Khao San Road. Lots of good shopping to be done here, and the street food is delicious and extremely cheap. A good place to have a few cold beers and people watch!

I chose this hotel as it was lose to the Lomprayah bus station that I was travelling to from Koh Samui, I walked there within 5 minutes and was happy to have a speedy check in after my long journey to Bangkok. I just needed this hotel for one night before heading to the airport first thing in the morning. The room was very small but had adequate facilities for my one nights stay. Hot shower, comfy bed, air con and wifi. Close to all the restaurants and bars if you wanted a night out in Khao San Road, can be a little noisy to sleep at night though. Great place for a quick stopover or for travellers/backpackers.

This hotel was in the middle of Khaosan Road. There is a concert next door. It is extremely loud until 3 am. The bathroom was really small and the sink waste water poured on the floor.

Hostel in the heart of kaosan”
This hostel is in the heart of Kaosan road. It's a party till 2 in the morning. The room had a/c and a fan and lots of room. They have wifi and access to the internet as well. If you want to party on koasan than this is a great place to stay.

Great location, helpful staff, a bit noisy”
This place is about halfway up the khao San Road, which is really good fun. It's easy enough to find. Room was fairly large with a very small private bathroom (shower toilet sink). The staff were really helpful when I needed to print and scan some documents. There's a live music bar on the level above the guest rooms which was pretty noisy but didn't bother me, and wasn't running much later than when I went to bed. No breakfast. Free aircon and wifi.

Not the worst place I've stayed but far from the best”
Honestly the only good thing about this place is the location. Just for that reason the value I would say is worth it if you want to stay in the heart of khao San. Even then, I think I would probably look for a other place on khao San. Room was fairly clean. Had a small hole in first layer of my door. Bathroom door was peeling apart on the inside, probably from all the moisture from the shower. Also had a broken towel rack. Safes for all of the rooms were located in the lobby, witch I thought was a little weird. I ended up just keeping all my belongings on me. I'd stay here again if it was the only place available. But who knows, all the other budget hotels in the area could be very similar

Was only one Night, but if I could I would stay longer. Kao San Road for who want some conforto. The only bad thing was The smell of cigarrete in The room late at Night.

Great location, value for money ”
We stayed here as a pit stop before leaving for Bangkok airport the following day, brilliant loaction but need to take into account bar on roof and noise from street until 3am. Bed was broken on one side and shower was so small you could use toilet and shower at same time! However had TV aircon complementary water and helpful staff. You get what you pay for.
