Awesome stay”

Central Avenue Apartments are centrally located in Margaret River town. We had an amazing time here-the place is big for a family, clean and comfortable. It's a great place to start your day driving off to any attractions in Margaret River. If you intend to cook in the apartment, Target is just down the street for you to get all groceries you need, if you want to eat out, it's within walk-able distance to all known restaurants. Would recommend this place and will stay here again the next time!

Simply awesome apartment at an excellent location”

Wow!!! This was the immediate response from my husband and daughter. The apartment was huge, clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Beds are huge and super comfy. Foxtel channels kept my hubby and daughter entertained after sunset. It is located just behind the main streets of margaret river town, convenient yet away from the noise traffic. The only con is that the rainshower in the bathroom made it difficult to bathe my daughter without getting wet myself. Other than that, I cant find fault in this apartment at all. This will definitely be my first choice if I am travelling down to Margaret River in future.

Everything about central avenue apartments was great. My family were visiting from Ireland and they were so impressed by this spacious, modern, clean apartment. Straight across the road from everything (bars, restaurants, Coles, target etc). I will definitely stay here again when I visit Margaret river next.

Great second stay”

This is my second stay at Central Avenue Apartments. The location to town is excellent as it is within walking distance to everything. Good as a base to explore the Margaret River region as well.

Well equiped apartment in a fantastic location”

Central Avenue Apartments are in the main Margaret River CBD, but one street away, so extremely convenient and also quiet at the same time. The apartment is well equiped with everything you would need, from good kitchen utensils, to laundry facilities, to clothes airer, and even salt, pepper and sugar for food. The apartment also comes with its own garage, so the car is protected and secured as well.

5 nights at 2 BR Apt”

There were 2 main things I didn't really like 1) the Daikin aircon and 2) the bathroom's ventilation fan. The aircon which had a heater mode was not the most responsive to the remote & we had to spend quite a few mins on our 1st night to fiddle with it as it just stopped responding altogether at some stage. It also makes a noisy tapping sound periodically, which we were guessing might be the thermostat cutting off the generated heat once it reaches a certain temperature to prevent overheating. Whichever case, it was enough to wake me up a few times during the night. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was actually too strong for our liking, so much so it created a cold draft everytime we stepped into the bathroom. Not so much fun in the dead of winter. The switch for the bathroom light & the fan is one & the same so we didn't have the option to only switch on the light & not the fan. I didn't think this design is necessary as most of the time we only need the light & not the fan. Other than these, the property is very spacious with a well-equipped open-concept kitchen. The kitchen comes with an island! Woohoo! We were especially impressed things like aluminium foil, cling wrap & even baking paper were provided. I really like the secured parking that is located below the apt. It just makes things easier. The apt is also in a gd location of Margaret River, which is just a few mins walk to Coles & some of the main eateries. Jodie Kilkenny has also been the most helpful & responsive. On the overall, a good stay. I will recommend this place.

Absolutely Lovely Apartments Right Smack In Margaret River Township”

This is definitely a beautiful apartment to stay in. Modern and very spacious. Our group consists of 3 adults and 2 kids and the kids definitely had a wonderful time in the apartment! The location of this apartment is simply superb as well. Literally a stone's throw from all the shops, restaurants and also grocery store. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Margaret River!

Fantastic apartments- couldn't get better”

You could not get better apartments than these in downtown Margaret River. They are very new, very modern, spacious, well-equipped, secure. We were a group of mature friends travelling together and had three two-bedroom apartments- all superb. Coles 2min walk away, main street 3min walk- good fro walking to restaurants at night. I can highly recommend these

House is big and kitchen is well equipped. Coles supermarket is less than 5mins walk and just a street away from margaret river main street.

Superb location and self contained apartment.”

Had a terrific stay at this apartment for 2 nights. Superb location and within walking distance to great eateries and supermarket. The location was also central and a short drive to nearby wine yards, kids' attractions (farms, mazes, chocolate factory , etc), caves and Augusta town. Well maintained apartment which was clean. We also had a garage to park the car. Easy and fuss free check-in and check -out. The only downside was that there was no free wifi.

Good location and large apartment/spacious”

The apartment is located in town centre of Margaret river. Booked 2-bedroom apartment with 2-bathroom. thumbs-up for its good facilities and kitchen equipments provided. However, reception is closed during weekends and check-in is self service via unlocking the keys from safe. Balcony is also quite spacious and big living hall. Walking distance to Coles hypermarket and the rows of shophouses/ restaurants. Areas for improvements i.e. No lighting in visitor parking area of the apartment.

Best apartments I've ever stayed in”

Loved the apartment - wide and spacious and had its own garage. Clean and centrally located. Modern design with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Only issue is that there was a flight of steps going up to the apartment so difficult to manage if you have lots of luggage but we managed even though we had a baby travelling with us.

Fantastic Stay ”

Apartment was very clean and newly refurbished upon arrival. Clean kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Made it easy to prepare meals. Very comfortable and spacious with modern furniture. Cable tv, wifi, heater, washer, modern bathrooms. Location was very central. Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. No regrets. The only peeve was we wished they had a dryer as it wasn't easy to dry out clothes in winter weather.

Great Space”

The apartments are clean, well maintained and centrally located. Staff were very helpful and the stay was most pleasant. Ideal for groups - if you have more than 2 couples, request adjoining apartments (e.g.5 and 6) as they have one entrance.

Wonderful accommodation at Margaret River”

We stayed for 2 nights at the apartment. Jodia was at the reception when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was a walk up apartment on the 2nd floor, not a major problem unless your luggage is heavy. The apartment us very spacious and is very clean and comfortable. The bath soaps are from Moon Haven and smell heavenly. There is no dryer, however if u were to put your washed clothes on the line dryer, it will dry quite easily too. The kitchen is fully stocked up and you can easily cook a full meal. There are supermarkets very nearby within walking distance. All in, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Superb Accomodation in Margaret River”

Superb location, big modern apartment with 2 very clean rooms. Bedding was very comfortable to sleep. Apartment was fully furnished with washing machine, oven, microwave, gas stove, TV, air conditioning and iron/ironing board. Very well thought out amenities for the travelling family. Location is just a short 5min walk from the main street. Highly recommended!
