Strategic location with train station located just 5mins from the stay . Suitable for one night stay only as the rooms were not well maintained as compared to what’ve portrayed from the advertisement. Staff is friendly.

Good for a one night stay”
This hotel is in a good location, right by the train station. It’s been recently renovated, so the decor and rooms are pretty nice. The only problem that my wife and I had was the noise. The walls around the room are paper thin. You can hear the plumbing, your next door neighbor, and every conversation being said outside in the hallway. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. But if you’re on a budget, want a decent room, and don’t mind noise, then this is the place for you.

We arrive at the hotel about 4pm but our check time is 3pm we are already late because we travel far. When we got there the frontdesk has many issue with the costumer. Like the booking of the room they said wait because they haven’t clean the room. They give the key in our room about 5pm but they didn’t give us an discount. And the room aircon is not cold

Could be a love hotel ”
The location is excellent only 2 minutes walking distance to the railway station. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. The room is very small. I found two unused condoms on the bed head which may suggest it's a love hotel. The room is clean and tidy but the carpets outside the corridor are dirty with stints. Could be a nice place for lovers to spend short hours but it is definitely not suitable for single and family travelers. Also, the night market is so small and it can't be compared with Shilin night market in Taipei.

First time in Taiwan”
I had a 24 hour layover between flights and a very late checkin so I was looking for the least expensive hotel I could find. I chose Central based on the reviews and couldn't be happier that I did. It's a little farther from the Airport than I would like and the opposite direction of Teipei city. What I found was a very well maintained hotel with no frills but very clean and super cheap compared to what I was looking at other hotels. For some reason the average price was hanging around $60 US to $80 US dollars just to sleep for a few hours. I got good value for what I received and can recommend this hotel to other thrifty travelers. I also stumbled upon the bus station within walking distance within 7 minutes or so. Bus fare to the airport was only NTD$62 and it took only 1 hour to get there. Cab fare to the hotel from the airport was NTD$575. I plan to bring my whole family here for a longer stay next time and plan on staying here at Central Hotel for our next visit to Taiwan.

I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is at transient in Zhongli District. Excellent location as the train and bus stations are just a few minutes away by walking. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Those who love shopping will surely be satisfied as the stores are just around the hotel.

been staying here everytime i come to zhongli, taoyuan. the staff already know me and are very friendly. though only a few can speak english, they try their best to assist and welcome guests.

Value for money”
The hotel is located closed to transport hub and within the shopping district. It is also about 10 to 12 mins walking back from Zhongli night market. The hotel can arrange for taxi to airport which is NT600. We chose the hotel simply because it does not come with breakfast and we are catching an early flight back home.
