This is our second time staying here and we have no complaints! Location was perfect! In the heart of downtown which is pretty much near to everything you want to see downtown. The hotel was super clean and the staff were always amazing and very accommodating. Free coffee in room and free water filling station in every floor. Would definitely stay here again

My favorite place to stay in Chicago”
Central Loop/Club Quarters is my favorite hotel when I am in Chicago for one of my weekend trips. As a solo traveler who is not very tall, the room is just perfect. I have stayed at the hotel five times and each time the rooms has been clean and neat. The staff there has always been very gracious and courtesy. Love the location because I have easy access to all the trains and buses, as well as a lot of restaurants and my favorite The Art Institute of Chicago.

Economy Stay with Several Pluses”
I found and booked Central Loop Hotel in Chicago for a 4-night stay. There are several room (size) options. We stayed in the basic, smallest one. It was sufficient for two, not roomy but definitely clean. The desk staff were excellent, always smiling and greeting guests as they came and went. A room key card was required to use the elevators. (Good security!). We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel on the day of our check-out, due to a late flight out of O-Hare. No charge. Two bonuses - chilled water available on every floor, along with empty water bottles to use AND an excellent restaurant (with reasonable prices)!

I usually come to this place every other week early in the morning and this time the guy did not assign me room and said that he did not have any information. I requested him and showed him the confirmation number and then he went outside and told me to call Agoda your booking agency. I tried to call Agoda but at the same time after 5 minutes, he said I got the confirmation without looking at my ID and confirmation number and I was amazed that who he got the confirmation at sudden now.

Chicago Boxing Day Holiday”
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters Central Loop Hotel. We included a dinner at the Elephant and Castle Pub, & while the food was not superb, it was good enough and our waitress was attentive without being pesky. We enjoyed the lobby/gathering areas for leisurely chatting. It would have been nice to have the coffee/espresso machine on the ground level working -- that disappointed all four of us. I was the only one to use the exercise facilities; I had to adjust my workout significantly when the first elliptical machine was mechanically flawed (missing some part so that the action was like a mechanical bull ride!) and the second machine did not turn on at all. The third was useable but not program-able. I was greatly disadvantaged by no clock in the area. Staff people were cordial and helpful. We would stay again and have a plan for requesting a more spacious room.

Central Loop Hotel is centrally located in Chicago in the financial district yet close to resturants and shopping. The hotel features a nice business center with free printing and computer use over a free wireless network. The rooms are clean and contain all amentities expected. Discount parking is also provided at a Parking Garage close to the hotel. The check in/check out kiosk is very easy and convenient.

Traveling with young baby”
We stayed at this hotel Thursday-Saturday and attended a Bears game on Sunday. The hotel held our luggage for us until after the game at no additional charge. They also did not charge us for valet on Sunday, even though our car stayed there until after 5pm. My husband and I did feel a little bad that we had a young child with us (7 months old) as we felt the hotel was geared toward business travelers, however the staff in NO WAY made us feel this way! They were very warm and welcoming and greeted our son like they did us. The room was smaller than most hotels but for downtown Chicago, I'm sure it's standard. It was set up for 1-2 people (few towels and wash cloths) however I'm sure the staff would have had no problem bringing us more had we asked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! We did not try the hotel restaurant which is why I gave it an average score. Cleanliness got a 4/5 because we found a tube of makeup under the nightstand when my husband was searching for my son's toys.
