Location is excellent! Good price for what you are getting, the rooms are small but that wasn’t even an issue for us, the staff is very nice, they have complimentary fruit coffee and cereal bars, refill water bottles and machines, cannot even list all the pros. Very happy with our choice.
Great location close to multiple metro lines, including a direct train to/from O'Hare! The room was surprisingly large though sparsely furnished. TV signal kept dropping out in the middle of NBA playoff games. The card key for the door had to be change out several times since the reader could not read it. Minor inconveniences but overall I would stay there again.
The staff’s service was so awful”
When I check out, the staff’s(with yello hair) service was so awful. Eventhough I needed change from one 10 dollar to two 5 dollars, she killed the clock for so long time. But I realized that she did not give change although she has the key on counter .. service was so so awful.
poor sound proofing we had to whisper in our room. Entire hotel is cramped and small except the lobby. not worth the price although excellent location, you can get better established hotel with similar pricing.
Great location to downtown and metro.”
Walking to any places in loop is possible. (the park, magnificent miles, John hancock etc.) Great customer service including free luggage keeping on arrival and departure. Free coffee, snacks, and printing in the business lounge. But no electric water heater in the room. (you can get hot water in the business lounge).
Great stay in Downtown Chicago”
Was staying in a rather small room but just nice for me as I was traveling alone for biz. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Hotel is located centrally in Downtown area and is convenient. The restaurant just right to next door of the hotel offers awesome food ! In short , I Hv a great stay in downtown Chicago .
Chicago Boxing Day Holiday”
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters Central Loop Hotel. We included a dinner at the Elephant and Castle Pub, & while the food was not superb, it was good enough and our waitress was attentive without being pesky. We enjoyed the lobby/gathering areas for leisurely chatting. It would have been nice to have the coffee/espresso machine on the ground level working -- that disappointed all four of us. I was the only one to use the exercise facilities; I had to adjust my workout significantly when the first elliptical machine was mechanically flawed (missing some part so that the action was like a mechanical bull ride!) and the second machine did not turn on at all. The third was useable but not program-able. I was greatly disadvantaged by no clock in the area. Staff people were cordial and helpful. We would stay again and have a plan for requesting a more spacious room.
Business or personal travel”
My stay was great. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Amenities were very adequate and even had a nice workout room. They are set up for returning business customers and have a very nice living type room with computers and separate meeting rooms if needed.
Weekend In Chicago ”
We walked up with our double stroller (fits through every standard door we've ever encountered) and it didn't fit. Note: there was a sort of winter door ordeal due to winter I suppose? Quite the inconvenience nevertheless with two small children. Bought the superior w/kitchenette. Much too small for us 4 and had to upgrade to 1 room suite. Not terrible I suppose. Pictures online didn't really match once we walked in. 1 room suite was miles above for only $25 more. Soda machine didn't work and limited snacks. Only located on one floor (3rd) maybe I'm odd - but like late night snacks. Free bottled water was terrific. Room service was good, staff was great, location was key, we enjoyed it. Would recommend.
Traveling with young baby”
We stayed at this hotel Thursday-Saturday and attended a Bears game on Sunday. The hotel held our luggage for us until after the game at no additional charge. They also did not charge us for valet on Sunday, even though our car stayed there until after 5pm. My husband and I did feel a little bad that we had a young child with us (7 months old) as we felt the hotel was geared toward business travelers, however the staff in NO WAY made us feel this way! They were very warm and welcoming and greeted our son like they did us. The room was smaller than most hotels but for downtown Chicago, I'm sure it's standard. It was set up for 1-2 people (few towels and wash cloths) however I'm sure the staff would have had no problem bringing us more had we asked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! We did not try the hotel restaurant which is why I gave it an average score. Cleanliness got a 4/5 because we found a tube of makeup under the nightstand when my husband was searching for my son's toys.
best vlue, central location”
perfect central location. our 10 th floor room was very quiet and clean, great air condition, 2 large windows, with nice usefull kitchenet -with coffe making mashine, microwave, porcelane plates, metal cutlery, strong refrigerator. free internet and comfortable docing/ charging station. good lights. comfortable beds. great room cervice. fast and large elevators. and i believe best price in this central location
Nice Hotel in Central Location”
Central Loop Hotel is centrally located in Chicago in the financial district yet close to resturants and shopping. The hotel features a nice business center with free printing and computer use over a free wireless network. The rooms are clean and contain all amentities expected. Discount parking is also provided at a Parking Garage close to the hotel. The check in/check out kiosk is very easy and convenient.
Quick Trip to the Windy City”
We were at the hotel for a brief stay. Room was smallish, so side table only on one side of king bed. I would be happier with a queen bed for two and two side tables. Free internet and borrowed CAT5 cable easily. Great for business. Bathroom small but clean and functional. Location short walk to Michigan Ave. and museums. Really the center of the Loop. Convenient access to restaurant/pub through the lobby, and Starbucks next door.
Everything was good, staff ok
Great option in Chicago”
Excellent hotel, very well located
An amazing hotel ”
The room is clean and nice. Wifi is fast enough for business trip and the working desk in the room is good and supplied with sufficient light.
Quick and Easy Stay”
Was going to visit a friend who was there on business. The Central Loop hotel was located in the perfect location in downtown Chicago. Was easy to get to and from the airport. Able to meet and walk to specific locations. A lot of places are normal extremely expensive for the location. The hotel was not the most luxurious but if you are not staying in the room except to sleep and shower than it really is not an issue
Ideal Location Great Value”
Great location regarding getting around in public transport. Room was nicely furnished with a lot of storage space and it has all what you need. Complimentary and fast internet is available. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which is offered in the lobby which is a bit cramped for that purpose. There was no facility for printing boarding passes and only by emailing it to them it could be printed.
Neat and Tidy”
Staffs are nice Quiet But location is not too close to the centre of Timesquare.
good location, but feel a bit stuffy in the room”
it is surrounded by many highrises, so do not get much natural light. Location is good.
