Hotel centrally located”

Central location， next to beautiful park and main shopping street

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Park is just next to the hotel so the environment is very good. There are some nice restarant nearby but unfortunately I have no chance to try as I arrived on Sunday.

I stayed at this hotel for few days on business, but with some pleasure on the side as well. From the first day, I received outstanding service from all staff. I don't speak Italian, but almost all of them spoke English. They were always very helpful and patient in answering my questions and I had many of them. They offer free parking, but you need to leave your key at the front desk. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there is one great restaurant accross the street and so many others within walking distance. They do offer a free breakfast which was very complete and you can have it in your room if you want. They don't have a fitness center but you can easily walk/run in the city center, which has limited access to cars. The single rooms are not big, by US standards, but comfortable and with everything you may need. Great experience overall.

Soggiorno al Central Park Hotel di Modena”

L'albergo è molto silenzioso, servito da comodi parcheggi, elegantemente arredato e dotato dei comforts più moderni. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale.
La regolazione della temperatura ambientale in camera non è ottimale: a volte funziona, a volte no. Nel menù della colazione in camera mancano gli yogurt e le uova sono state cancellate.

Tornerò senz'altro all'hotel Central Park di Modena, perché i punti di forza superano di gran lunga quelli di debolezza. L'unica nota stonata, che dipende evidentemente dalla Vostra organizzazione, è il prelievo automatico anticipato dalla carta di credito del cliente del costo del soggiorno, non essendo previsto il rimborso spese: ciò è molto penalizzante specialmente in periodi, come l'attuale, di epidemie influenzali e di alluvioni, che potrebbero rendere impossibile raggiungere e/o soggiornare nell'hotel!
