Exceptional”
Our whole stay at Central Park was hassle free from reservation to check out. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have our own car going to the hotel, so we needed to ride taxis to get around. Conveniently, this is available by requesting to the front desk. You also have to option to charge it to your room or pay the driver directly by cash. You may ask for the driver's phone number so you can call them up when you're ready to get home. As for what's available inside the room, there are the complementary toiletries and towels in the bathroom. They only give out 2 complementary water bottles, so we just went to Royal to buy groceries. We stayed there for two nights, and they gave us another 2 complementary water bottles on our second day. They offer massage services as well for a fee. Finally, the beach and their pool. The beach side isn't as well maintained as private beaches, but it's still clean enough for you to enjoy the sand and your dip in the water. The pool area is beautiful. Although, we didn't stay long enough in the water as it is very cold. We had breakfast in their poolside resto, and we enjoyed their French toast and eggs benedict. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. :)

One of the Best Places to Be During Pandemic”
We were very happy at Central Park Reef Hotel. They did not require any RT-PCR test and the road toward it was easy to find. At the hotel, our rooms were elegantly furnished and very spacious. The toilet felt like another room with a shower and jacuzzi. Our rooms faced the beach and the floor to ceiling glass doors and balcony treated us to a very majestic sight of the bay. My family and I enjoyed lounging in our rooms. Outside, we brought our children to walk along the shore but we were still unable to allow then to swim because of COVID restrictions. Hopefully in the coming weeks children will be allowed to enjoy the clean water of the beach. We settled with the hotel’s infinity pool which was great. It was safe and big enough for the kids. The food was also okay. Our stay was made even better by the well-trained staff who were reliable and accommodating. Our 2-night stay was really worth the money!

Exceptional”
Check-in time is 3pm but they let us in at 4:10pm!!! Maybe bc most of the guest checked out late. Because of the inconvenience they let us check out late without charge. The staffs are very kind. The food if their restaurant is okay. The room is very spacious and clean but no slippers included, no rugs. Only 2 towels and basic toilettries. No complimentary coffee and need to request for water heater for drinks if you need it. They have 2 watter bottles as complimentary drinks the rest of the foods and drinks inside the room is for sale. Very comfy bed and chair. Fast wifi. We had fun staying here.

Newly opened and just the best in Subic”
This is a very new hotel, just finished, and beautifully presented with two of the most impressive swimming pools I've seen anywhere, great for small children, one near the reception area and opening on to the beach, the other 6 floors up beside a lovely roof top restaurant with magnificent views across Subic Bay. Rooms clean, smart, comfortable, with some of the best showers! A new and impressive sister to the vast but somewhat impersonal and noisy Central Park Hotel 60 km away in Angeles City

Best for kids!”
As a couple traveler, this place was okay but for kids this is the best! First off, the pool is literally in their cafe resto so kids can enjoy not just the view but as they play too! Second, it is beach front and the shore is not rocky, a stretch low level water which was just perfect for my almost 2 toddler. Not to mention the room was clean and comfy bed! Great weekend spend!

We went there for a family staycation last holyweek, its hard to book a room since they are always sold out. Pros: -the location is excellent -has a decent UG parking space -accommodating staffs, they will greet you with a smile, help you with everything you need -bellboys are super accommodating -rooftop infinity pool -beach front pool for the kids -you can bring your own food, no corkages or fees Cons: -Pricey indoor restaurant food rates, but you may opt to order from Grab Food which is good also -no breakfast included on basic room rates -rooftop pool can only be access starting 4pm or at night -1 rooftop pool staff (I guess he is a manager or im not sure, but I guess he is in charge at the bar) he is RUDE! we went there to take pictures because we will be checking out at 12nn, we were subjected to unjust behavior from him which ruin the whole perfect experience!

A real 'beachfront' property ! Rooms are big, modern and well maintained (just no coffee maker - not good for coffee lovers), people were nice and courteous, place was clean and with proper covid-related measures. Food was good and they have lots of options (although some items in the menu were not available when we were there). Overall, a great vacay experience for us. Thanks!

Different kind experience”
Their lobby pool is exceptional, no other hotel or resorts has the same in the area or even in the whole of the phils.the room is spacious and all the amenities are new and state of the art.the staff esp in the lobby are very acxomodating.two things they just have to improve a bit, one is their food and the cleanliness in the beach front, and everything will be perfectly outstanding.

visit to this new hotel and very impressed with the facilities and general cleanliness. Spacious bedroom and large shower room with good powerful shower and hot water, something often lacking in PH hotels. Large roof top restaurant with swimming pool with great views over Subic Bay. Handily situated on National Highway with lots of bars and restaurants literally on your door step.

Christmas Getaway with the Family”
I have nothing but good words for this hotel. There were a few hiccups which I already expected considering its Christmas but were addressed with a compromise. We got an upgraded room + late check out which is a real good deal. Staffs were nice, friendly and accommodating. Superb rooms and facilities! Delicious food served by their restaurants. Very nice singers which entertained guests during dinner on their 6th floor resto. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our christmas stay a pleasant experience. :)

Great, spacious, and clean hotel. Staff are all accommodating. But need more parking space though. Looking forward to booking with you again once the 6th floor is ready. Excited to see the 80's theme retro with the pool to chill while listening to some live band. Hoping you'll have 80's music played by live band.

We have checked in to this place for 3 times already. The place is safe and clean, and the property is beach front, so its very convenient when you want to transfer from the pool to the beach. One comment though, the bfast at sandbar can get really busy in the morning. So you have to patiently wait for your order to arrive.

Wow great place to stay”
The one and only choice to stay in Barrio Barretto. It is pricey but it worth the extra cost. The rooms are so modern and clean and the amenities are great. Location on the beach is perfect. Restaurant on 6th floor has amazing view and food is great! Highly recommend

Wonderful Resort”
The resort is beautiful and very comfortable. However, there seems to be a design flaw around the downstairs restaurant/pool area. On extremely rainy and windy days, the rain splashes on customers in the dining area and some of the tables and floor area become very wet and dangerous. Other than that, it was great stay!

No problem sa hotel. Mabilis check-in kahit wala pa 3pm. Mabilis din checkout kahit madami tao. Medyo madumi lang yung sa mismong dagat na part which is baba or tapat ng hotel. May pailan ilan plastic ng snacks, lata, etc. pero kailangan din sigurong maging responsible ng visitors/residents. Malabo tubig sa hapon. Pero okay naman pag morning 7am. Pero dahil may 2 swimming pool naman pwede na magstay sa swimming pool. <3

A VERY RELAX STAYCATION ”
We enjoyed the stay here in central park reef resort, I am with my 2 aunties and my mom. If you're looking for food have a lot of restaurant outside the vicinity and bar near the area. They have 2 pools at the lobby and in 6th floor with bar that you could order drinks and food. I just have 1 request, It's my mom's birthday and I asked for a complimentary cake if necessary but unfortunately they're not offering however they explained that they're planning to have it sooner. Over all it's a very good stay. Rest assured will be back.

Top Notch Hotel in Subic Central”
I can't complain about this place. It had everything - nice rooms, an amazing diner restaurant at the top floor, central location, beach area and pool. Staff at the reception are so so though and could use more training. But the resto staff are well trained. Despite the minor details, for me, it is still the best place to stay if you find yourself within the vicinity

We had a such an amazing stay at central park hotel. My kids we're so happy and relax on our room because its clean and the view on our room is the beach so its very relaxing scenery while taking your monent eating and drinking.
