I would have given this hotel 5 stars if the gym wasn't under construction. Nice spacious, clean modern rooms but the bed was hard. The hotel decor was beautiful and the room was up-to-date. The hotel staff was Excellent, my toilet was leaking upon check-in but the maintenance crew fixed promptly. The pool on the roof was beautiful and the food was good. The location was EXCELLENT and the hotel and security was A+ I will be back next week and I will be staying at this same hotel.
I recently stayed at Central Park Reef and while much of my experience was enjoyable, I feel compelled to share a concern that significantly impacted my stay — specifically regarding the hotel's massage policy. Like many travelers, I often book private, reputable massage therapists for in-room treatments during my trips. Unfortunately, I was unaware that Central Park Reef prohibits any outside massage providers that are not on their approved vendor list. This policy was never mentioned in the booking process, at check-in, or within any of the hotel’s published guidelines. The issue only came to light when my pre-booked therapist arrived and was denied entry by hotel security. At that point, I was told that only the hotel’s preferred external vendor could provide massage services — a provider with significantly higher rates and fewer service options. I was left with no choice but to cancel my original appointment, incurring both a cancellation and transportation fee. Needless to say, this was frustrating and completely avoidable. What’s most disappointing is the lack of transparency. Had this policy been clearly stated upfront — either on the website, in-room materials, or at check-in — I would have planned accordingly. Instead, I was put in a difficult and costly situation through no fault of my own. I strongly urge Central Park Reef to revisit this policy, or at the very least, ensure it is clearly communicated to guests in advance. Transparency is key to building trust, and guests deserve to know what services are truly available to them — and which ones are not. Until this is addressed, I would advise future guests to confirm all service policies in advance, especially if you plan to book personal wellness services during your stay.
Nice big beds. Room was clean. Fast service. Incredible hot showers for all 3 of us! We always stay here as we are transitioning through Angeles. Rooms as pretty quiet. Roof top pool is great!!! I came here in 2018, 2019, 2024 and this trip 2025. Was impressed the first time, especially when only paying *** per night. Now I'm charged US$70 per night without anything changing...the room need renovation, mainly bathroom/shower, mold-mildew and stained grout, glass shower door and panel never cleaned, towels old and dingy, vanity laminate tearing up. Also they stock sooooo much junk in your small fridge, hoping you'll consume so they can over charge you at check out, that you can't put in your own stuff. They should get the bigger sized mini fridge. And the toiletries on the vanity are NOT FREE ! Nowhere are you told that, the extra toilet paper, condoms,Qtips, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor are cheap items they charge you for. At check out I was forced to pay P$350 for a razor, 10Qtips, and bottle of water after spending 9 nights at *** with them, then you Nicole dime me on cheesy items I used ?????? I expect that from a low end hotel because they don't charge a lot, but when you squeeze me for an extra 6 bucks it leaves a bad taste and I'll not return. Having said that, staff is always nice and respectful, location is great, and if they actually offered more services or upgraded their property I'd be OK paying more.

Wow, what an awesome hotel! I had such a fantastic experience at Central Park Tower Resort. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable especially the reception team, who were always attentive to my needs. From the doorman to housekeeping, everyone seemed genuinely happy and made me feel right at home. The vibe of the hotel was so warm and welcoming, and it really made my stay memorable. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be that the food could be a bit better to match my personal taste, but overall, it didn’t take away from my great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philippines. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
