Extremely Friendly Staff! ”
Central Spot Apartments was a great place to stay! We were here in winter and the heating was amazing! The bathroom floor was warm and I think the towel racks were even heated! When we arrived, the man at the front desk was very helpful, and told us all the great places to go and see. Our neighbours were really loud but we didn't complain, they actually asked us if we were ok and offered us a free drink. It wasn't even their fault! On our way out, we chatted to the man on the front desk. We gave him vegemite but we never got his name! He was super kind! The staff were always friendly and helpful, I highly recommend.

we had a quadruple, bedroom is just enough for 4 of us and there is a doorway with open kitchen and shower room, keep luggage in door way by dinning table then room has enough space just to sleep. location is fine, 10 mins walk to train station. 5 mins walk to many restaurants and shops. staff welcomed us with big smile and solved all our trip enquiries and local food recommendation with price idea. this hostel just like an old school dorm but with mostly everything needed and small elevator fit in 3-4 person, you may need to ride separately or part of group walk stair cases but feels good though.

We like the room size, 6 of us fit perfectly. There’s also small kitchen and dining room. The staff was very helpful in identifying places of interest. They have a small lift going up to the rooms. A bit far from the metro train station but still walkable. You can also walk to the city center

Nice small hotel, 4 min walking from the famous Narodni Museum. Staff is very nice and helpful. They gave us amazing tips, where to find original Czech Food.

Terrible Place to Stay... ”
We arrived at 2pm which is check in time to be told the room wasn't ready. Came back at 4.30pm to be told room wasn't ready again. By this time not happy. Waited around whilst the cleaning lady cleared the rubbish from the room and put clean bedding on. It's not clear what 'run of the house' rooms are but I can tell you it's a shared 14 room mixed. Didn't sleep well at all. I know you get what you pay for but this was one of the worst places we stayed whilst in Prague. And we did 5 x different hostels. SleepandGo was Amazing!

the facilities are expected. but the staff mistakenly given us the wrong key card, so we have wait another one hour for the reception. Luckily the cleaner was kind to open doors for us and our room.

Hotel reasonably well situated. Front staff Martin was helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and money changer. He should have been more upfront about parking charges (even though we weren't expecting FOC). Our room was on the 5th floor and elevator went up till 4th so it was kind if inconvenient with kid and luggage, and after a long day of walking outside. Hell riders in the main road on Saturday evening would be problematic for light sleepers.

平日は16時までしか受付でのチェックインができず、起きて翌日8時から午前中の間にチェックインしなければならなかった。 朝早く出かけたかったので予定が少し遅れてしまった。 下の階の大騒ぎが螺旋階段からダイレクトに聞こえてくるので朝方も騒いでいたのが聞こえて眠れなかった…ホテルは悪くないですが。 もう少し防音だと良いかもしれません。 それと騒がないよう改めて注意してほしいです。 ホテル自体は広いし綺麗だし良かったです。

위치는 관광지 한곳과 가깝긴 하지만 오르막길을 올라야하는 부분이 길게 느껴졌고 아파트먼트 주방을 사용하기위해 예약을 했던건데 체크인할때 방이 넓어진 대신에 주방이 없는방으로 배정되었다고 들었습니다 그것빼고는 만족스럽습니다
