Honeymoon Time”
Me and my new wife wanted to go back here to stay in Siem Reap, we liked it since it was walking distances from the markets and 6th Street. We staying in Junior Suite room which was really nice. It had a big tub on the side of the room by the bed. The room was really clean. I asked the hotel to write a message on the bed which they did. The pool is nice plus they have a swim up bar if you want a drink while outside. Would recommend this room. Their morning breakfast had a really good selection as well. The staff was really nice and friendly. We even had some clothes cleaned and they folded them and where able to do that quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Central Suite Residence. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were AMAZING. The most incredible hospitality we’ve ever experienced. From the welcome greeting to remembering our names, and just being so so helpful and friendly. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is everything you could need. Gorgeous rooms and stunning pool. Location is perfect, just a minute walk away from Pub Street for restaurants and nightlife. Very easy to get to all the temples. My family and I had a fabulous stay here. The location is perfect for walks, exploring, pub street, restaurants. The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Lina. We arranged all our tours, spa treatments, hotel transfers through the hotel and it was seamless. The pool was so refreshing to come home to after a day of temples. We loved staying at the Central Suite Residence in Siem Reap. It was in a great location near everything in town, and very easy to get a tuktuk driver to go to Angkor Wat. The pool was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The only downside was that the included breakfast wasn’t amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location”
The hotel is beautiful with all the modern facilities. All of the staffs are very nice and helpful, they will go out of their way to make your trip memorable. The buffet breakfast has many options and everything tastes really good. Then comes the best part of the hotel - its location! The property is right next to Pub Street, the area is packed with restaurants and pubs. The night markets are literally a 2-3 min walk from the hotel.

I would like to praise Ms. lina the receptionist. 1 week before our flight i message them in facebook I asked them if they have some complementary for their guest celebrating birthday. They told me they can give a slice of cake cuz I mention to them that I would like to surprise my friend. They really put effort in arranging our room for my friend celebrating her birthday and in my surprise they give us 1 whole cake for free. We really appreciate all their effort. Overall our stay here is good. Location was only less than 5 minutes walk to night market at Pub street. In front of this hotel there is 1 restaurant, the food was cheap but delicious. We don't have problem to find place where to eat.

There are reasons for the high ratings! ”
This hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, including lots of shelving space for the junior and family suites. Our internet was down one day, water the next, but these were city problems, not the hotel. The staff was top notch--friendly, fluent in English, professional, and extended themselves to be extra helpful to us multiple times. You would be hard pressed to get a better location near the markets and restaurants. Parking space is at a premium, however. The hallways were quite loud, but the rooms quiet.

Very warm welcome, not only on arrival but every time we left or returned to the hotel. My son, Jack, celebrated his 26th birthday there and they treated us with presents, a delicious birthday cake etc. Staff in every department top notch, knowledgable, helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always genuinely smiling. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Everyone from the cleaning, kitchen, reception and management staff are the friendliest people I've met. The people here are so kind and friendly. I've been to many other hotels but this is simply the best I've experienced. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast in the mornings was absolutely delicious. The location is few minutes walk from pub street. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. They took a group photo of us with the hotel staff at the end which was really nice touch. Rhi Rhi is an absolute darling! She helped arrange a Angkor Wat tour at late notice which was very well planned and organised. If you are planning to go to Angkor Wat you should definitely ask her for advice. Thank you also to Mr Storey who helped us out when are departing flights got cancelled. Pros: The hotel manager and staff are so naturally nice, polite and helpful. They really are a special team. We've never come across a better group of people in one hotel. Every one of them. The swimming pool is clean, easy to get in and out with gradual steps, and the pool bar is a bonus with very friendly bartenders (Mik & Kimly). The rooms are clean, and include an enormous & attractive shower area. The whole bathroom is nice. The breakfast area has plenty to choose from if you include the fine selection on the menu that is freshly cooked on order. That menu includes both western and local choices. The hotel location is great. Pub Street which has restaurants and is a minute’s walk, as are convenience stores, and any other type of store you would need. Everything you need is close by. Cons: Nil Overall: We found this hotel exceptional and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Siem

Good location and hospitality ”
The hotel is just 2-3mins away from pub street. We received a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel and they offered us drinks, desserts and cold towel. Every time when we retuned back to hotel, the staff will offer us a cold towel. Would like to say thanks to Mr Pitou, Mr Helicopter, Ms Sokha and all the hotel staffs for their great Hospitality. I have booked deluxe double room. Room and toilet are big, but sadly, there was no bathtub. When checked with the staff, was told that deluxe room has no bathtub. I remembered clearly that I read that it stated separate shower/ bathtub. Maybe, should indicate clearly that there is just only shower. As for the rooms, when my husband washed his feet and step on both toilet and room floors, he found that the floors were very soapy and I have my young child with us. We informed the staffs and immediately they sent a staff over to clean. But the mop they used didn’t help at all, so we told the staff that we will clean ourselves.

Very good location, very attentive staff, comfortable rooms., nice pool. The hotel was not running at full capacity due to covid so some services not available but this did not spoil our stay.

Awesome Stay”
Me and my husband stayed at this place for 7 nights and we had the most wonderful time with all the employees taking care of us in the warm embrace of a family. Breakfast was always prepped with the most delicious choice of food and those who served us the food showed the finest manner. Reception always had a cold wet towel ready for us upon every entry and Sean Kim who came to the airport to pick us up greeted us with a warm embrace. We were transported to another hotel in comfort as well. We would definitely recommend Central Suite Residence to all people and would visit here again in the future!
