I have stayed in many regional town hotels/motels before and this one is by far the best. Spotlessly clean, absolutely perfectly maintained, very comfortable bed, nice quality heavy cotton bed linen, very quiet despite being adjacent to the highway and my room being downstairs (suspect it has been recently relined and well insulated). The proprietor and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Can't speak more highly of the motel.

March weekend stay”
Stayed a the weekend while I was doing a Southern Downs Steam Railway day trip. Only 10 minutes walk to Warwick railway station. Clean room, good car park right outside the apartment. No complaints.

Labor Day trip”

Unit basic. Clean but smelled very strongly of either room deodorant or insect spray. I suspect the former. Comfortable bed. Jug, cups and teaspoons provided asa well as tea and coffee sachets. Individual packets of biscuits provided. Have not seen those for some time.

Although facilities were satisfactory, the room itself was a bit scruffy. Little niggles really. The carpet was stained. There was a strong smell of air freshener. Quite a few insects crawled in under the door, which had a flap thing that didn’t seem to work. The shower head needs stabilising as it tended to fall forward, even with a good flow. The toilet lid would fall forward on to your back when you sat on the seat. The traffic noise was noticeable.

We were quite disappointed with the age and quality of furnishings in the room. First the smoke alarm was down and not working. After notifying reception it was replaced after the first night. The bed was very firm and the lounge chairs had no padding. The TV channels advertised were not available and none at all worked on the second day. We won't stay here again as there are plenty of hotels in Warwick.

Close to Main Street, comfortable room. Had problem with hot water for shower - in winter. But the motel was popular and booked out.

This motel has the cleanest rooms that we have ever stayed in and beautifully decorated. Right from the start with receptionist to saying goodbye to the lovely cleaning lady everyone so super nice with big smiles. I would thoughly and highly recommend this motel
