      Very good location, right in the middle of the city, shopping and food are easy access. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room also large. A little congestion if you drive or have transport wait for you but hotel have car parking attendance and security to direct traffic. Overall is not a bad stay.

      I like this hotel. It's location is quite good. It is very clean and the room is very spacious. Staff are generally quite friendly. However, feel that the cost per night for a single person stay wo bf was rather expensive. Wondering if I would have got a better deal if I had booked it direct through the hotel or other booking agents.

      For the price I paid, I have no complaints. The room was really spacious with 2 queen beds and lots of walking space, plus a kitchenette, which is great for families. Location wise, its across the road from Platinum Mall and walk 5 minutes behind, its the Pratunam market. Definitely a great location for shopping trips.

      Cons: We saw cockroaches on 1st night. Bedsheet was requested to change but not changed as my makeup stain was still there. When call the reception to feedback, the male reception was quite sarcastic replying to me. Tissues were not refilled. Towels were rather old. Had phobia of them maybe not giving washed towels. Tables n floor all not wiped or vacuumed as rubbish still around after making up the room. Television is small. Pro: Location is good n convenient. Breakfast was good. Gym is decent. Room is big.

      this hotel is near perfection except for the room price...it's not for couples or family that's on a tight budget....but the hotel is worth the money coz the room is so spacious you could fit a 4 in a room for 2 plus it has basic kitchen appliances.

      house keeping not as expected”
      I'm staying in level 21 and house keeping is not as expected compare to my previous stay experience. Things never put back in place such as shampoo and hair dryer. Rubbish on the table and toilet (next to the sink) never clear. Other than that everything was good, friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice lobby area, and tea that provided at lobby area taste good. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

      I like the room as its very spacious, got 2 queen bed in a room, with balcony and small table for dining. I also like the location of the hotel, very strategic, near platinum for shopping. Just need some upgrade for the breakfast food.

      I used to visit BKk once a year, it is a nice and cosy hotel, quite efficiently when we request for car, call & items, the staff here are quit friendly. The massage is just outside our hotel

      We've stayed here at least 10 times with family and friends. Used to pay 1.5K THB for a room that suddenly jumped to 4-6K for obvious reasons - Its location! Its the center of the shopping hub, great massages and the hustle and bustle. The rooms are large with average decor, ink stained sheet and dust walls. The staff is great, very friendly, helpful and prompt with their service. We've stayed here every year but haven't used the pool and don't know what the gym looks like either cause one is always up and about from morning until midnight in Bangkok!

      I booked a family deluxe room for 4 for me, my 2 children and an elderly mum. I wanted a hotel with rooms that are bright and cheerful. The picture that attracted me to book the hotel in agoda was a white and green colour theme. What i got on the actual day was a brown n dull room with woody n old furnishing. It was really really disappointing. Worse, the hotel elevator was small and slow. We often need to wait a long time to get up and down the hotel. Overall it was an unpleasant and disappointing stay.

      Room is very spacious and twin room is actually 2 queen bed. Hotel is very old and lift is quite slow. Easy access to the pratunam area. Would recommend to people who like big rooms but there’s nicer and newer hotels in the vicinity at a lower price too.

      The hotel is rather old and the bedrooms look dated, in need for renovation, fresh coat of paint. It looks like the lobby has been renovated in recent years though. The towels look clean enough to use, but look to me that they have been over-used, over-washed! Consider the price that we paid (which is as much as / higher than 4-5 star hotels in Pratunam and Suriwong & Silom areas which I have stayed before in my many trips to BKK), I was a little disappointed with the dated room, towels & bathing kits. The hotel made up for its above-mentioned short-comings by its excellent location in Pratunam, free-flow of drinks (3 types of refreshingly cold drinks, coffee & tea), free-flow of refreshing coconut jelly in the afternoons, functional & nice lobby, and friendly staff!

      Very strategic location, 5 mins walk to Pratunam market. Walking distance 15-20 minutes to Erawan, Big C, Central World. There are many food stalls nearby. Check in and check out time are very efficient. Recommended!
